Wet Comfort silicone - lubricant discontinued by Wet Lubricants - review by princessss

One of the reasons why I bought this lubricant is I've been having some discomfort with intercourse and the title of this lube caught my attention. I heard using a silicone lubricant helps better than just a water based lubricant so I decided to try it out.

The texture of the lubricant feels pretty much like a water based lubricant. I didn't notice an increase in thickness compared to a water based lubricant. I was hoping it was more on the jelly side, but it's definately more of a water based. Even though the lubricant is silicone, you can still use a condom with it. The only thing you should not do is use it with a silicone toy because the two do not go well together. Other than that, this lubricant can be used for sex, anal, and masturbation - just not with toys.

The lubricant is hypoallergenic, pH balanced, sugar free, and has a long lasting formula. The lubricant is not sticky. It comes off very easily. This lubricant is also not scented and there is no taste to it. The ingredients are dimethicone, cyclopentasiloxane, dimethiconol, phenyl trimethicone, and tocopheryl acetate. If you do feel some irritation, make sure you stop using it. I have not experienced any irritation while using this product, I just want to give you a warning. I've had this product spill on my cotton sheets on my bed, but I've had no problems getting it out. It was gone right away like dripping water on a shirt. The bottle says it may stain some fabrics. But I think that's a risk you'll always have to take when buying a lubricant. I also have not had any problems with leakage from the bottle. I have it stored in my nightstand on the side and it's completely fine.

I give this product four stars because I feel like the 'comfort' label on this product is just to lure people in who have a comfort problem but in reality, it's like any other lubricant. I do like this lubricant because its nice, smooth, not sticky, and easy to wash off. I just feel like this lubricant isn't anything special compared to one at the drug store.

I still use this lube for sex and even masturbation. The bottle will last you for awhile. I just don't want other consumers to think that this lube is more confortable than any other lube because of the name. I think it's the same as any other wet or silicone lubricant.
