Wet sugar free - lubricant by Wet Lubricants - review by Kiwi

I mainly use this lubricant for oral sex. It is a clear, water-based, sugar-free lubricant. I have the strawberry-kiwi flavour, but it also comes in passion fruit. The flavour and smell are not extremely strong, which I liked. As a water-based lubricant, it is appropriate to use with most if not all toys. It is also paraben and other allergen free. This product can also be used during vaginal sex, but be cautious when using flavoured products with inserted toys or during intercourse. If you are prone to yeast infections the sugar in these lubricants can cause them. This product, however, is sugar-free. I am not sure if the artificial sugars will have the same repercussions.

This lubricant is fairly thin in texture. It feels quite slippery upon application but it does not last all that long. It eventually gets sticky and repeated application is usually necessary. It does not seem to regenerate when water or spit is added. The lube pours very easily. One of the problems with this is that it is easy to pour too much, or for the lubricant to slide around into less desirable areas.

The taste of this is not too strong. I really like this quality. I also have strawberry flavoured Good Head, which I think is way too powerful in both the taste and aroma departments. In comparison, this lubricant has nearly no aroma and a mild but definitely present sweet taste. There is a bit of an artificial sugar type after-taste, but if you usually drink diet soda you probably won't notice it. The flavour is comparable to a strawberry lollipop.

This product does not last that long. Whenever I use it, I have to apply it repeatedly. It becomes sticky after several minutes, but a renewed application quickly remedies this problem. I have conferred with my boyfriend and he says that he didn't have to wash it off. However, he does usually wipe it off with a tissue. My favourite aspect of this product is the texture. I like that it isn't as thick as some other flavoured lubes which seem more like jello.

This product is in a clear bottle with a click top. The top opens and closes easily and can be opened with one hand. Mine has never leaked. The label on the front has pictures of fruit on it. The package is small, so it is suitable for travel, but I would not leave it lying around. The purpose of this product is relatively obvious.

This product contains glycerin as well as aspartame. For sensitive users this may be a problem.
