Wet warming review

This lube for us was more a of solo play lube because it was too warm for my partner during intercourse. It is better for vaginal penetration than anal penetration and I would refer it to anyone who wants to try a warming lube as an alternate lube from the usual favorite that one may have.

Pros:
Warming, liquidy (at first), easily portable bottle.
Cons:
slightly gritty, dries up.

useful review
I always wanted to try a warming lube just to change the usual mish mash. I had the green light from my man to try, but it had to be a warming lube that wasn't too warm. Amongst a variety of lubes I was suggested the wet warming lube.

We have had this bottle for a while now but we rarely use it for couples play. It is pretty good at warming but it is subtle enough to not burn (the vroom rating indicates the level of warming). We have used it a couple of times during sex but my man was very sensitive and we have had to stop to wipe off the lube because he felt it was too warm for him. My partner has no problem with it when I use it on him as a jack off lube. I guess the heat I generated during penetration plus the warming factor of the lube made it unbearable for him. Since then for couples play we have steered away from this lube and we sometimes use it on him for solo play.

I have no discomfort with the level of warmth provided by this lube so I use this lube with my toys for solo play. The warming ingredient of this lube renders the lube to have a sort of slightly gritty feeling when you rub it between your thumb and forefinger. The texture of the lube is very liquid when you first apply it. It is smooth at first but becomes thicker after a couple of minutes and is quickly absorbed into the skin. I have to reapply at least 3 times during a long solo session (1hr 1/2) even with a glass dildo! So this lube would probably not be the best thing to use with a sex toy that has more friction such as jelly. Besides I am not sure if mixing a warming lube with jelly is safe!? (Check the guide to lube selection on the website). I have used this lube with my silicone butt plugs because it has the tendency to thicken a bit but I found it to be too warm for me to use for anal play.

In essence, this was a great lube to try out what it is like to have a warming lube. It was too warm for intercourse but we have no problem with it for solo play so I guess the warming factor will depend on one's sensitivity. Since I consider this more as an alternate lube to my usual water based flavored lube I use it less often. If you are interested in trying this lube its great but I suggest you take the smaller version and use it as an alternative from time to time to spice things up. It's kind of like that special treat that you indulge yourself with once in a while.
Follow-up commentary
After reading a post in the forums about what people do with lube they no longer use, I have mainly been using this as a massage lube. It's nice because it gets things nice and warm, and it is easier to wash off than actual oil. I still use it but not for its intended purpose.

well it doesn't have any little bubbles like the line of climax burst's and it doesnt feel like facial scrub, it just has a lot of friction. It really feels like you have microscopic size dust or something like that. You barely feel it unless you concentrate on it...ha ha ha.

Gritty? A lubricant that's gritty? Maybe it was old and had dried up a little.. I don't know how else to explain it being gritty.

It hasn't dried up or crystalized...it just feels like it has a lot of friction due to an ingredient in it that makes it feel like you have microscopic dust in the lube. I think my sense of touch may be too acute, lol.
