Music Legs Lingerie manufactures this set. This is the first item I have tried from this company.

*Included pieces and available options*
This set included a tie front halter top and a 'booty short' style panty. Also included is a set of detachable, adjustable front and back garter clips. Thigh high stockings are not included.

This set is available in baby blue, soft pink and black (my set is in black). Please be aware, the EF product page pictures for the pink version differ slightly from the other sets. I am not sure what is up with that.

This set is 'one size fits most' and there does not appear to be a 'plus size' option available at this time. More information on the fit and sizing will be included elsewhere in this review.

*Material*
This set is made of 92% nylon and 8% spandex. The pieces are primarily soft, stretchy mesh with some ribbon detail. The garters are made of a material similar to a cheap bra strap. I found the material very comfortable and not itchy or coarse at all. I suspect the mesh will tear and fray easily, but it has not happened yet after two brief wears.

*Design and craftsmanship*
The halter top ties once at about the bottom of the rib cage and once around the back of the neck. There are five strips of soft ruffles running from the neck and down along each breast. The back is free of ruffles. This top provided no breast support whatsoever.

The bottoms simply slide on like any other panty. The front lace-up detail is not functional but I think it is very sexy. It would be nice if the lacing allowed for some extra hip and booty room. There are three strips of soft ruffles along the front of the panty, on either side of the lace-up detail. The back is plain.

The garter clips can be removed from the panty, if you desire. They appear to be functional. The actual clip that would attach to a stocking is made of rubber and plastic. I do not use garters so I am not sure if this type of material has staying power when it comes to holding up stockings. There is a pair of black ribbons hanging from each clip solely for decoration.

Some unflattering seams are very visible due to the mesh. There is a seam down the entire back of the panty that almost lines up with my butt crack. I am not a fan of that. There are also a few thick seams on the back of the halter top. The stitching of the mesh to the trim of both pieces forms tons of tiny pulls and wrinkles in the mesh. This did not make any holes or tears in the mesh; it just makes the pieces look a bit overworked and cheap up close. I think these small issues are to be expected of a cheaper piece of lingerie. It is nothing too horrible.

*Sizing*
This set is a ‘one size fits most’, recommended for women 5’ to 5’10” and 100 to 175 pounds. When I first held up the panties, I was convinced they would not stretch over my healthily sized bum but, lo and behold, they did! The mesh bottoms can probably stretch a couple more inches bigger than my size either way. However, this set is probably not suited for a size XL or higher. Because the top ties shut in two places and is made of stretchy fabric, it will probably fit the sizes in the ranges suggested by the manufacturer.

I have included my measurements to give you a better idea of the size of the pieces: Bust 36”, Cup size B, Waist 29”, Hips 38”, Height 5’2” and Weight 133 lbs.

The garter clips are adjustable. They can stretch from 5 ½” to 8 ½”, excluding the nonfunctional ribbon detail.

*Cleaning*
The instructions for cleaning are found on the outer packaging and on tags on the top and bottom pieces. Care for this set is standard for lingerie. Hand wash in cold water and line dry. Do not bleach or iron.

*Packaging*
This set came in a cardboard envelope and some plastic wrap. There are front and back full body images of a model in the outfit on the cardboard. These images can be found on the EF product page. The sides of the envelope incorrectly identify the contents as a bustier and stocking set.

I think this is a lovely set despite my slight criticism of the craftsmanship. It mostly flattered my body except for the bit of ‘muffin top’ the panties gave me. Even the model in the EF pictures has some spillage and you know she has to be tiny. I also found the material very comfortable. I was happy that the garter clips were removable because I have no use for them and my boyfriend does not understand them. It was also annoying to have them moving all over while I was... you know, doing stuff.

This set tested well for the B.F. He is a huge fan of easy-to-remove lingerie in black. He was surprised that the front lace-up detail was just for show. He suggested a crotchless panty laced with ribbon all the way to the back so the ribbon could be pulled free to reveal goodies. This seems doable to me but I am not a lingerie designer. He teased me a bit about the red pressure marks the panty elastic left on my hips.

This garment is still a hit with the BF. The top doesn't stay where I put it, which drives me crazy, but my boyfriend does not mind when my breasts hang out. The material is still looking pretty good, and it is so soft!
