This is my first corset with strings down the back and I absolutely love it! The front bust closures make the corset extremely easy to get on and off. I have had other corsets that only closed in the back, and they were a pain to get on by myself, but with the closures being on the front, it was much easier! The pattern on the corset is also very elegant and classy while still super sexy! The way the corset hugs and shapes the body is also amazing. The boning structure shapes the body without creating bumps and lumps in weird places.
One of my biggest fears with corsets is it being uncomfortable, but the Brocade Corset fit nicely, although like all corsets it is very hard to sit down comfortably. Tying the strings on the back by yourself is also a bit difficult so attempting to surprise your significant other with this sexy corset may be hard if you don't have help with the strings.
When I put this corset on, I definitely needed help tightening the strings. So I let me boyfriend tighten it and tie it for me. Instead of just tying it up to a comfortable fit, he used it as a torture, BDSM, experience. Taking the strings of the corset, he threw me onto the bed, placing me into a doggy-style position and pulled on the strings to tighten it's grip and constrict my ability to move. I loved the feeling of restriction and having to be submissive to everything he was doing.
His side of the story: I was amazed as how sexy the corset looked on my girlfriend. Before the strings were even tightened it looked unbelievable. When I took the hold of the strings and started to tighten, she let out a small squeaky sigh from me pulling a bit too tight. I couldn't resist but to throw her down and make her scream and sigh even more. With her on all fours, the strings on her back made a perfect hourglass shape, emphasizing the natural curves of her body, making me even harder and wanting more. The corset also fits right over the top of her ass creating a delicious rounder shape. Hearing her moans, I knew she was enjoying it as much as I was!

After wearing the Brocade corset about two dozen times now, and putting it into the wash about five times, I have noticed minor frays in the seams. The lace around the edges, although intact have been curling up. Although I'm sure the corset will continue to fray as I wear it, I do love this corset and will continue wearing it!

As far as sizing- is is accurate?
I found the sizing to be accurate, I think that I'm a bit unproportioned but it still fit nicely.
Did you hand wash or use a washing machine?
How are the busk closures holding up? Have any of the posts popped out at all?
The busk closures are holding up good and the posts have stayed on fine. The only time anything pops out is if I sit down funny and the closures move allowing one of the posts to come out of the closure. Besides that, the corset has been holding up very well, except the few frays on the seams.
As for washing, because of the sensitivity of the brocade material, I hand wash and air dry.
Oh gosh I wish this was still available, I want it!
