French maid bedtime costume - sexy costume by Baci - review by Mamastoys

The French maid costume arrived in a little, flat box. When i opened it, out came a clear plastic wrap which held a skimpy little outfit. I opened the bag and pulled out the costume and started laughing. My hubby and I are new at role playing and I thought this would be a cheap, fun way to experiment.






This is a one piece outfit that is both lacy, skimpy, and cute. It consists of spaghetti type straps that tie in a halter top manner. Where the straps join the body of the costume, there is a lacy cup area, that follows down the front of the outfit. To the sides of each breast, is a piece of sheer pink material In the center of the breast area, there is a pink bow, made of the department style ribbon. While it is cute, it probably won't last very long. Where the breast area joins the body, there is a seam that ends in more spaghetti straps that tie in the back. At the bottom, the sides and lace are joined together by a row of stitching and a piece of sheer white material. It is outlined by a narrow row of lacy ruffles. Underneath this "apron" is a G String type bottom.




The lacy on the costume is a soft lacy, not itchy and scratchy. It has a flower pattern and since it has nothing under it, it is see through. The pink sheer material is also comfortable, not tight fitting or itchy. There is no boning in the outfit. There is no under wire or support for the breasts.

This comes as a one size fits most. The straps that tie in the halter top style are 20 inches long each and are stretchy. The straps that go under the breasts are 17 inches long each. They too are stretchy. The back of the G String is adjustable and at its' largest, it is 30 inches. It reduces down to 16 inches. The lacy area at the center of the breast measures 14 inches. The length of the costume from the beginning of the halter straps to the bottom of the ruffle is 18 inches long. The lacy front is 18 inches long and the pink sides are 10 inches long. The lacy middle is is 4 1/2 inches wide while the pink sides are 3 inches wide. There is a lacy ruffle that runs down the seams where the pink and lace join. I am 5'7", weigh 155 pounds, and wear a 38B bra and this outfit was adjustable enough to fit me pretty well.

The tag inside the costume says it is made in China in four different languages. On the back side, it provides material details that include the costume is 90% nylon and 10% spandex. This is also provided in 4 languages. Just below this is laundering instructions (only in English)that say to "machine wash warm, wash colors separately. Only non-chlorine bleach when needed. Tumble dry low, Do not dry clean." I can't imagine anyone would think of dry cleaning this!

I give it 5 stars because for the price, it is a fairly decent outfit.

After an extremely rough week, with hubby having personnel issues and me recovering from a fall injuring my back, I felt well enough (and mobile enough) to try it out. I slipped into the costume and adjusted it to fit, which was not hard at all to do by myself. I picked up a toy feather that we had and started through the house,pretending to dust. He was at the computer and it took him a few minutes to notice that I was even in the room, let lone what I was doing. When he did turn around, he started laughing...like the laugh I did when I first saw this thing! He thought is was cute and wanted to know if I wanted to clean him. Needless to say, one thing led to another and we had a fun night together.

While this is a cheap outfit, we have had lots of fun with it. It has been washed several times and still holds its shape. Hubby still enjoys seeing me in it so it is a keeper for us!
