I picked up these panties because my girlfriend and I were looking into open-crotch panties, and I'm a complete and utter sucker for aqua-like shades of color. Cute panties in a color I adore? What could be better?

I received this in the mail, and got it out of the packaging. I was, right away, struck by how boxy the garment was. The main body was one solid square of lace, and the crotch part was made up of two strips of fabric, which overlapped each other at the ends.

This did not fit very well. I do fit in the 1x category, and this fit so nicely across the butt, but in the front and through the crotch it fits very awkwardly. The piddly little straps across the crotch, because they overlap at the edges, don't separate much in the middle. They kind of ball up awkwardly and slip between the vagina lips, actually. It's slightly uncomfortable.

This would be a lot cuter on someone much thinner, with a flat belly and smaller hips (and thus a smaller space between the legs). Otherwise, this item is pretty much uncomfortable (maybe a bit flattering in some spots, depending on your body), and is overall an awkward failure.

I, myself, may use this a bit still. If I can figure out how to keep the crotch strips separated, this would be a lot better on me. It isn't trying to dig into places, this is a rather nice piece, and with excellent easy access to all the bits. The color is still wonderful, and I really want to like it, despite the shapelessness of it.

Overall: I only suggest this for smaller girls, or even ones with a bit of a butt. It could be a very cute piece on them. For bigger girls like myself, it's pretty bad.

Using these in a sexual situation, it tends to be easier to overlook the awkward shape issue. I'm still kind of eh on them, but for bed... hmm...
