So let down. This dress looks nothing like it does in the picture. The top doesn't drape at the breasts as the picture indicates. The skirt is see through and the material is cheap. I most definitely wouldn't be caught out in public wearing this. Okay for a Halloween party or romping around in the bedroom. But that's about it. Certainly not worth spending almost forty bucks on.

I had such high hopes for this mini dress, but am overall disappointed.
The upper portion of this elastic/polyester blend mini dress ties halter style around the neck. It drapes cowl style on the chest area. Wide elastic band acts as a built in belt. It (the belt) has a diamond pattern appearance. The bottom portion is a form fitting skirt with shirred side seams. Material wise, the blue part of the dress looks a little cheap. From the waist down, I have no complaints. As for how the top fits, NOTHING like the picture. I couldn't get my dress to drape the way I wanted it to regardless of how many times I readjusted it. You will not achieve the draped look as shown in the photos, I promise. The back of the dress has elastic, so it does provide a great deal of give. I wouldn't worry about sizing your top so much as you should the bottom.
The dress measures 36 inches from top to hemline. I ordered a medium, even though if I went by my actual dress size, I would be a small. I wanted to ensure decent coverage of my chest. I hit the mark by sizing up.
I honestly think this dress is acceptable for a Halloween party or just playing around in the bedroom. But I would never wear it out in public. Between the awkward fit of the chest, and the cheap material, I'm just not a big fan.
You can also see through the skirt of this dress. That said, this mini dress would make you a hit if you were going to a "Pimps & Hos" party. To any kind of social event, a definite NO!
Care instructions call for hand washing in cold water. I will not wear this enough to probably ever launder it. You'll notice upon inspection that it wouldn't be washing machine worthy.

It has been laying in my closet since I took it off after my review. Not sure if I'll even drag it out for a Halloween party. As I said before, the cute draped look on the upper portion of this dress is not a reality. No matter how much you try to drape the fabric, it is a fail.
