Bow mesh cami with g-string - camisole set by Coquette - review by Sam (aka Jul!a)

I absolutely love the look of my bow mesh corset, but it's a bit much for every day wear. This however, is perfect for that, giving you a nice pop of color with a cute design, but also being sexy and not too dressy if worn out.

It came in a pretty pink paper, and aside from the attached tag that was it. It's available in two sizes total, although Eden only carries the smaller one size, rather than the plus sized one size fits all. Their one size fits all chart indicates that the best fit for this piece would be between a size 4-14 with a B cup, 34-40" bust, 26-32" waist, and 36-42" hips. Personally I'm about 5'2, I weigh about 110, around my bust measures 32" and underneath measures about 28 1/2". I've got about a 29" waist with 37" hips and wear a B cup. If you normally order a size small or are on the lower end of their medium charts, this should fit you just fine.

What's included here is the cami and the thong. Both are a very slightly see through red mesh with little flocked bows that almost look printed on. When something is flocked that basically means that it's a raised pattern with a velvet texture. The top is built similar to any ol' spaghetti strap tank top. The body and the cups are both that awesome bow pattern. Each cup is about 7" tall and 7" wide along the bottom. With no underwire they won't be very supportive of larger breasts, but should easily cover and support a C cup. There's only one bow on the whole piece, and it's about 5" across and located right where the cups meet in the front. Along the top of the cup and the bottom of the cami is some black mesh netting. Down the middle of the front there are 3 black velvet accents, similar to those you'd find on the bow mesh corset, only without the boning underneath. The adjustable straps are the same velvet. From the bow between the cups to the bottom of the hem is about 12". On a shorter torso it'll fall so that it lays slightly on the butt, but a longer torso will have it riding up more. Those black velvet accents have a tendency to bunch a little bit during wear and also when just sitting out. They don't cause any discomfort or change how it gets worn, but it's there and easy to spot.



The thong is more like a traditional thong rather than a g-string. The top of the front measures about 4" across and the whole strip of fabric that runs from the front to the back is about 11". When laid flat it measures about 14" across the waistband and stretches up to about 19". On my 37" hips there was room to spare and nothing was digging in at all.

Both pieces feel extremely well made and should last you a long time with proper care. The thong is a little bit short, but still comfortable. The underbust of the cami does stretch, but I'm not sure how it will fit the upper end of the chart. The material is very breathable and feels nice on the skin. It's also just barely see through. Enough that if you hold it up to the light you can look through, but when wearing it you'd have to look really really hard. You could also wear this set out in public. If you're nervous about having anything be seen, you can also wear a plain black bra underneath the cami.

There's a small tag on the thong that lists this as a one size, and inside the cami is a tag with materials and care instructions. Your set is 82% Nylon and 18" Spandex and should be hand washed in warm water and laid out to dry. You could also probably wash this on a low setting in cold water in a lingerie bag in your washing machine, but still leave it out to dry.

I took these pictures while wearing a bra and without wearing a bra. You can see that on a B cup they don't do much as far as making them look fantastic, but they do offer something even without a bra.
