Packaging: This shows up on a plastic hanger in a loose plastic bag. Nothing special about the packaging really, the hanger is nice if you are short on hangers. The set comes with a garter, which is not listed on the product page; and it comes sealed in a plastic bag, hanging from the plastic hanger. We kept our plastic hanger for no other reason then hanging up this babydoll.

Care: This just so happens to be another one of those hand wash only pieces of lingerie that I dislike so much. I don't dislike the lingerie, I just dislike hand-washing it. One can only take so much hand-washing. The tag on this states hand wash in cold water and line dry. No you might be able to get around this if you have a new front loader washing machine. I know that we have washed some items of clothing in it that were hand wash only, and they seemed to do fine. But do this at your own risk. We have not washed this yet, she only wore it the one time for this review. I do not believe she will be wearing it again, as it did not sit right on her. But more on that below. To store this, just hang it back up on the included hanger.

Material: This is made from 90% Polyester and 10% spandex. And you can feel the Polyester. It has a scratchy feel to it. It is scratchy, rough, and stiff. It is not soft like it appears to be in the product picture on the model. The inner top half of the babydoll is covered in a softer feeling material. But that still leaves the bottom half of the babydoll scratching your skin, not to mention the panties and the garter. They are just as scratchy and rough. But hey, at least your nipples are free from the torture.

Design and craftsmanship: This looked like a nice design in the product picture, but up close it is not so nice. This is basically two halves connected in the center of the breasts and center of the back (which I believe can be seen in the product photos). Where the two pieces connect in the front, they included a large size black bow. The top is a basic triangle top shape, without any support for the breasts. On each side is a shoulder strap running from the triangle to the lower shoulder blade on the back. There is also a simple tie in the back to adjust the sizing on the babydoll. The top has some funky looking lace, running up the triangle (cleavage side), and then running along the bottom side of each triangle. Under the breast area, begins the 4 layers of lace that cover up the models sides. Each piece of lace trim is about 4 inches wide. The white lace has a small black lace trim piece running along the bottom. The black on white is a nice contrast. The entire outfit is see through, even in the bust area where there is an additional layer of fabric.

The panties are also see through. Dreamgirl included a small pantie liner in the thong, but even that is see through. The panties are basically a hourglass shaped piece of fabric with two thin straps sewn on for a waist band. The tag on the back side is almost as big as the back of the thong. My wife did not even try these on, as they were so cheap and uncomfortable looking. The garter is pretty big. It is about 2 inches wide, 1 1/2 inches of it being lace. This uses the same lace trim as the top of the babydoll. It has an older look and feel to it. The garter has some stretch to it, but not as much as I would have liked. Bigger legs might have a hard time getting this to fit.

Lets just say that this babydoll made my wife look fat. It did not drape over her body, it just kind of dropped straight down from her breasts. I can say that she did laugh about the fit. I thought for sure she would get angry when she looked in the mirror. But she laughed, and then suggested she turn the babydoll into a skirt. (I am unsure how this would work as a skirt) Everything about the fit was good. It fit her breasts well, with a lack of support. It was not too tight in any areas. It just did not look good one her. I know I wont be asking her to wear this one again, and I doubt she will pick this one out of the lingerie pile next time she gets all sexy.

She has not worn this since we wrote the review. It did not flatter her at all, and she did not like the way it felt on her. I can not blame her, I did not like the way it made her look either. Not our best choice in lingerie, but you cant always pick a winner.
