Lavender comfy babydoll - babydoll and panties set by Escante - review by Supervixen

Escante's lavender comfy babydoll is an adorable and very affordable set of lingerie. Escante isn't kidding about the comfy part either; you could sleep quite comfortably in this lingerie set if you so desired. In fact, I have done just that, just because the material feels so great against my skin. Made of a lacy polyester, the material feels soft, delicate, and not itchy at all. If you're looking for a delicate, feminine, or "innocent" looking piece of lingerie, this set is nearly perfect.

There are three sizes that this set comes in: small, medium and large. Here is Escante's size chart for those three sizes:

I got the small size. Here are my measurements:

This set fits me perfectly, and with plenty of stretch to it, as well. The straps to the babydoll are adjustable on top of that, so while it does fit true to size, it's very forgiving when it comes to sizing, too. In length, the babydoll is about 21 1/2" long, excluding the straps. The straps are 15" long at their max, and 8" at their tightest. The elastic part beneath the bust measures 12" unstretched, and about 18" when stretched. There is no underwire nor much support in the bust, so very busty women might want to steer clear of this set. For me though, my 32B boobs fit perfectly into the cups, and I never need much support. If you're an A-B cup, or even a perky C, the cups should look flattering even without the support.

The skirt of the babydoll bells out to a full 35" at its fullest. However, unlike a lot of babydolls, it lays down quite flatteringly against your natural curves, not obscuring them, or giving the impression of being a maternity top, which is the problem I've run into in the past from these types of babydolls. The material is also very sheer, and will show off your assets, as you can see from the photos.

The g-string is cute, and matches the material and pattern of the babydoll. There is a liner in the crotch, making it wearable for day to day undies, if you like. Unstrechted, the waistband is 12" long, and stretches to a little over 21". It fits me well, and like the babydoll, is quite comfortable.

I don't usually buy babydolls; I find that they don't flatter my skinny frame all that well. When you're not a very curvy girl, you don't feel all that sexy in lingerie pieces that obscure what you do have. This set is an exception, though. The sheer material and the way it lays against the body shows just enough to be sexy and alluring, and won't hide those lovely feminine curves.

My guy picked this out for me when we were looking for a "naughty" outfit, and a "nice" outfit, and he was in charge of the "nice" look. He picked this set, and at first, I wasn't thrilled, because I just don't do babydolls. I decided to humor him though, and when this set arrived in the mail, I took it out of the package and loved the feel of it immediately. When I put it on, I absolutely fell in love. The lavender shade is very pretty, and it's just so feminine and cute, you kind of can't help but take on that role when you wear it!

In my day-to-day life, I can be a bit brusque and tomboyish, so I have a lot of fun with this kind of look, just because it's so new to me. This set has been a lot of fun. Paired with sheer white or nude stockings (or lavender, if you're lucky enough to have them) and pigtails (if you're into that kind of thing...and I am, truth be told), it's just about perfect. And my man agrees--it looks hot. Boyfriend approved!
