Ruffle bra and pants set - bra and panty set discontinued by Leg Avenue - review by Timaree

I love it. It was basically made for my body and I want to wear it all the time: lounging around the house, dolled up for foreplay, while dancing on a stage and while hanging out at the Flugtag. Really, it's the best.

Let me start from the top. The ruffle bra is flattering as hell to my body. I get to show off my arms and abs and thanks to the ruffle texture and bright color of the bra, it almost looks like I have boobs. I can only imagine how great this would look if I actually had an impressive rack. I can't speak to how flattering it will look on you specifically, but if you're generally cool rocking a bikini top or something equally revealing, you'll be feeling pretty sexy.

And girly as hell, cause pink ruffles are ridiculously girly. And there's even an overly adorable pink bow positioned right in the middle.

Then we come to the bottoms: see-through, soft, stretchy as can be and decorated by matching pink ruffles and bows. It's the kind of decoration you'd expect from a flamenco dancer's costume. They pull on easily, fitting the rail-thin and the curvy alike. You have the freedom to tighten them as you see appropriate, thanks to an adequately strong string in the front. The string circumscribes the waist of the pants, meaning you don't have any tight elastic bands to hold you in or create the illusion of muffin tops.

Just below the point where the string is tied is a keyhole in the pants to reveal the sexy patch of skin just above the landing strip of pubic hair. Justa heads up: if you're not a regular shaver of your bikini zone, your short and curlies will be visible through this keyhole.

And while wearing this pants set, you're technically covered up, but only in the most generous sense because the fabric is entirely see-through mesh. It's comparable to wearing hosiery both in its opaqueness and in the feel of the fabric. Wear it with a thong for a sexy but legal look, go bare underneath to be an overt tease.

And because it's mesh, you're not really free to participate in sports or anything crazy because it could rip. I didn't experience that; it held up quite well for me. I was able to move freely and never felt overheated or encased as is sometimes the case with leggings.

While the ensemble is clearly meant to be together (c'mon, pink ruffles and bows! It's ridiculous!), the individual pieces could work well on their own. Throw on some jeans and the bra is just a fun bikini top to wear to an outdoor concert. Wear a soft camisole and the bottoms are just pretty lounge wear.
