I absolutely adore this dress. From the look to the feel, this dress is sexy. It's flattering, even on someone with a lumpy, plus-size body like mine.

Let's begin with the general style of the ensemble. It's a one-piece dress (no panties or accessories included). I feel it's mostly intended for lingerie, but I am sure some ladies could rock it as a regular dress. The style is sexy, but not overly revealing. It fits me completely different than it does on the model in the promotional shots, but I wasn't displeased by this. The dress is simply cut, but tight all over apart from the cowl neck. This makes it flattering for smaller busts, as it adds a bit of flow and flare to an area that most women feel is "flat" if they have smaller breasts. By adding the flow, it distracts from that and adds interest. The neckline shows major cleavage on me, which wasn't a bad thing. I did feel that in a bra, it was extremely sexy-looking with the added support, but even braless, the style flattered and made my bust look natural, not "saggy". I enjoyed the dress both ways. Some lingerie really doesn't work without support and I was thrilled that this dress did! The tightness of the rest of the dress was just fine for me. I didn't feel unattractive in it and in fact, the combination of print, fabric and fit made me feel completely comfortable with my body, despite the fact that I am shy about the rolls. The back of the dress has a sexy cross strap that is revealing like a backless, but the strap helps hold the dress in place. I didn't think it would be so functional, but I was pleasantly surprised. I didn't need any special tape or constant pulling and tugging to keep the dress where it needed to be.

Now, I’ll address the fabric. The poly-span blend gives this item a super silky feel without it feeling completely like silk. The material actually seems to have substance. The fabric had a sort of cool feel to it and draped nicely, but didn't feel too delicate or like it would tear easily. This is what makes me think it would function well as a regular dress. I haven't had the chance to wear it for a long period of time, but it wears well from what I can tell. I haven't had to clean it much aside from a light hand washing, so I cannot say if it holds up well under intense cleaning. The instructions say to hand wash and line dry, so that is exactly what I did. Use a machine with extreme caution. As sturdy as the fabric feels, I cannot trust the fabric won't bleed, fade or stain. The fabric does stretch quite a bit, so when you buy this item, do get it in an appropriate size. The stretch is what makes this item fit best!

The print of the fabric is wonderful. The neutral colors make it ideal for any skin color and the print is able to help hide any rolls or lumps you may feel self-conscious about. The print is part of the reason I did not mind the form-fitting cut of the body of the dress. The snakeskin also immediately conjures a feeling of sensuality. I felt a bit slinky and sexy in such a wild print. It's a great alternative to something that imitates nature, but isn't the typical leopard print.

I would totally recommend this dress to any body type. It's flattering in style and in print, masks imperfections and feels totally sexy. It's an excellent addition to a closet and makes a wonderful piece of lingerie. It could also work as a club dress and can be warmed up with a shrug and some leggings if need be. I love this dress!

I absolutely LOVE this dress. It does have a TEENY hold on the side that I had to repair. It was right on the stitching, so it didn't take much. Apart from that, it's held up well. It's one of my favorite things I've ever gotten from this site. I love it, myself and everyone I know likes it on me or wants one of their own. Good buy!
