Fishnet dress and g-string - dress discontinued by Coquette - review by AtlantisLovely

There is nothing I love more than a sexy outfit to wear to the fetish parties I attend. When I saw this dress I was intrigued and decided to give it a try.

I ordered the dress according to the sizing chart information (for me I got a medium). When it arrived I was pleased by the packaging. Some cheap outfits come in nothing more than plastic bags, but this one came in a nicely designed box. I took the dress out and tried it on.

The first thing I found when I put the g-string on was that I didn't like the way that the g-string was fishnet as well. In my opinion the dress being fishnet was enough. Double fishnet was a little overkill and not necessary. I set the fishnet g-string aside and put on another pair of my own.

The material of the dress has a little bit of stretch to it and conformed nicely to my body. The plunging neckline reached all the way down to my belly-button and the length of the dress seemed to be very short (even for someone like me who's only 5'3"!)- I view this as a good thing though! After all, if you're wearing a dress made of fishnet, I doubt you're concerned about showing a little leg! I also liked the back design which left a large hole open on the back for an added flare.

I really liked the satiny finish around all of the edges of the dress. I find that this gives it a nice finishing touch. The two criss-cross straps in between the breasts are a more plain elastic, but that seemed necessary to allow them to be functional. I was pleasantly surprised that the top section seemed to stay in place well and not slip around and allow my breasts to pop out.

Looking at the outfit in the mirror I initially loved it... and then remembered that I was planning on wearing it OUT to a fetish club! What had I been thinking??? I wasn't sure if I was brave enough to wear this daring dress out. I showed my husband and a few others to ask for their opinions and they reassured me that it looked great. I decided to trust them and go for it.

Out at the club I certainly turned heads. One of my friends was making comments about my dress for weeks to come. I think it was a hit to say the least!! Throughout the night I found that it stayed in place nicely (no riding up or shifting) and was very comfortable.

As far as upkeep, this dress is hand-wash only. It seems to be reasonably sturdy in it's construction and didn't show any signs of wear after my long night out at the club. As with all fishnet, be sure to keep it away from any Velcro or jewelry that might snag on it. Since it's fishnet, you don't really have to worry about wrinkling which is nice. I just keep it stored in the box that it came in and it looks perfectly good when I pull it out to wear it.

Overall, a great dress for those of you that are brave enough! It's daring for sure, but dead sexy too!

I still LOVE this outfit. It's so sexy and daring! Now that I have gotten over the shock/fear of wearing it, I find that I am much more comfortable wearing it. It makes me feel so sexy and is totally comfortable all night long. I've been happy that the fabric hasn't started to pill or pull at all either. I hope that it will last much longer because I intend to keep wearing it.
