Spice halter dress - mini dress discontinued by Spice Lingerie - review by Heartthrob

The Spice Halter Dress is by far, one of the sexiest pieces of lingerie that Eden carries. Do not let the pictures fool you, this dress is almost entirely sheer. Everything will show while the black nylon style melts away any imperfections. This is a bedroom item, not an item that you will go out on the town in.

The dress itself is about 36 inches in length. It can fit anyone, from a size 3-16 and perhaps up to an 18. It is super stretchy but also super delicate so stretching it out to its full limit will result in runs.

The halter attaches via Velcro. It is extremely short, so the full lace effect will not show up as the halter is forced to stretch just to get around the neck. Even so, it is still pretty so it is not a big deal. The lace around the bust and bottom of the skirt is soft and comfortable. The sheer body is super soft and hugs every curve of the torso, accentuating the figure. There is nothing to support the breasts, and if you are a larger cup (C-D) they will be squeezed a bit. A little adjustment fixes the problem.

While the dress itself is forgiving in size, the g string is not. It will expand to about an underwear size of 6 and after that, it becomes uncomfortable. I am larger than a size 6 but was still able to wear it for a few minutes. The front of the g string is sheer, and fits the body well. The rest is covered elastic that does not dig too deep into those sensitive areas. In totality, it is a very good looking g string but not the most comfortable ,if you are larger, to wear for prolonged use.

The dress and g string are made from 82% nylon and 18% elastan. The garment should be hand washed in warm water and hung to dry. Do not, I repeat, do not put this dress on without first washing it. The dye bleeds everywhere! I tried mine on right out of the box only to end up with purple skin. Once washed, the dress and g string are fine to wear.

I bought this to entice my boyfriend with. I was surprised by how sheer it was. Only bedroom use with this one. I put it on and instantly fell in love with it, however when I pulled it off, I had purple skin! I have never had a piece of clothing bleed dye so much. Everything it touched turned purple. For that reason, it is getting a lower star rating. If it did not bleed, it would be four stars. However, it made me look better than even the designer brand lingerie!
