Packaging/Material/Construction/Style
The item arrived in the standard Halloween costume plastic bag with snap. I purchased this costume in a medium and found it fits true to the size chart. The costume is beautiful! The colors are bright and attractive. The costume has under wire for the bra area and LED light accents. The batteries were even included. The bust area in the medium fit my size b boobies perfectly, not to tight and not so loose I am embarrassed to be seen out. The gold colored ribbon on the front of the costume looks adorable and adds to the brightness. I was worried some the decorative coins on the bottom would fall of or be damaged easily since they are so delicate and sewn on. It comes with a beautiful bright scarf with gold star accents for the head wrap. I paired my costume with white thigh highs and black heels. I received many compliments when I went out with my husband in this.

After wearing the costume for an hour or so, I noticed every time I lifted or moved my arms, the light up stars seemed to scratch my arm pretty roughly leaving a few ouchies!! As beautiful as the costume is it, made it difficult to move around in with the stars scratching at my arm. The stars can not be removed.

Fit/Measurements
I am 5"7 140 pounds and purchased the size medium. The dress is made of polyester 100% minus the accents added. I found the costume to have some stretch in the fit so I could have sized down and still been comfortable.

Care of costume
You will need a mini screwdriver to change the batteries, but mine came installed with an extra backup set for the costume! This is a great bonus since most things these days do not. When cleaning, you will need to be careful as the battery pack cannot be removed and it is wipe clean only. I have worn the costume for around 4 hours total with out needing new batteries and they included an extra set! In all, I am very pleased with the product the colors are bright and the blinking stars make it even more amazing. I'm sure I will be able to get many more wears out of the costume and I am very pleased with the quality in this one.
