Racer corset - corset discontinued by Coquette - review by sexyintexas

The Racer Corset from Coquette is a must have for race enthusiasts everywhere. My husband loves watching the races on the weekends and I figured that I could help cheering on the races.

This corset is made of Lycra and Polyester, giving you a little give in the material for adjusting and stretching. It does however seem to run a bit on the small side. I got the medium and it is pretty snug on me. I am 5'5 and weigh about 120 lbs. with a bra size of 34B, so I would suggest ordering up a size to be sure that it will fit. The corset has a double row eyelet hooks that run the entire length of the back. These rows are spaced 3/4" apart to allow a little room for adjusting. The back is entirely black and stretches.



The front of the corset has detachable/adjustable straps that allow you to wear it with or without the straps. Personally I prefer it without, but that is a matter of preference.



The front is black with a red wet look material that runs down the front separating a checkered black and white material. It has various racing patches on it as well. The top is curved to maximize your breasts and it comes to a "V" on the bottom of the front. It zips completely up the front, allowing you to put it on easily without having to do all of the hooks over and over. There is plastic boning in the front that runs underneath the red wet look material, giving you a curvy look.



This corset can be worn out with a pair of jeans, it is very discreet and you cannot see through it. I also purchased the matching skirt to complete the raceday image. My husband loves this outfit, saying that it is very flattering. He is pretty easy to please. The skirt is one size fits all and seems to be fairly true although I think that if you are above an XL it make give you a few problems.
