Satin opera gloves - glove discontinued by Seven 'til Midnight - review by Lilith Bealove

I bought these gloves to go with a corset lingerie set I had previously bought. They came in a plastic sleeve similar to the ones at Walmart around Halloween. The only difference is that the cardboard top of my gloves' packaging had a mostly naked lady on it. The packaging was not very discreet as it obviously suggested that these were marketed and used for sexy time. These gloves would be easy to travel with as long as they are kept separate from the packaging - no one will suspect their intended use.

They have a decent fit, but it primarily depend on the size of the individual wearer's hands and arms. They are made with nylon and spandex, so they have a nice stretch to them. For me, they are snug around the fingers and upper arm, but a little loose around the wrist (as I have small wrists). The gloves measure a whopping 22 inches in length and they come up to just about my mid-upper arm.

They are really silky. They tend to pick up stains fairly easily because they are white, which means to keep them away from your lubricants, candle waxes, and other possible staining liquids. The fingertips were a bit thick where they were stitched at the seam allowances, so I would not suggest to use them for anything but play. They obviously are not for a suit and tie occasion. Another downside to these gloves, is that they wrinkle fairly easily, too.

As stated before, I paired mine with corset lingerie and they looked very nice together. They dressed it up a bit for the bedroom and helped to achieve the elegant, sexy appearance I was going for. Since the gloves have a somewhat cheap look and fit to them, I would not pair them with anything other than a costume for a special outing. They made my hands quite warm after I had them on for a while.

I wore the gloves when I dressed up as Jessica Rabbit, and they added the sexy element that was previously missing. (My husband loved it!)

These gloves are still some of my favorites. I don't use them for dress up as much as I used to, but they do still get their use as a masturbation additive. With the right care, these gloves have lasted me a long time and are great for giving hand jobs or rubbing yourself.
