Open cup babydoll - babydoll and panties set by DreamGirl - review by lil'one

I bought this baby doll as I was looking for lingerie that was sexy, unexpected and flattering to a full figured woman.

Material: The lingerie is made out of a cheap semi see-through red material (100% polyester), with red satin for the bow (which can be quite slippery). The material is definitely true to color and it was exactly what I was expecting from that perspective. There are pieces of elastic throughout for what I can only assume is for support (though I admit that I had to play around with them quite a bit and even then I wasn't sure if I was using them right). The material that covers the torso does not feel very good to the touch, but for the price is more or less what I expected. The instructions say to hand wash cold and line dry. I put it through a delicate cycle in the washer and I'm seeing a bit of fraying around the edges of the seams so going forward I will definitely be hand washing this piece. I also noticed that the seam is getting a bit loose on the seam attaching the bow to the rest of the lingerie, so I would not say that this is built to last.

Fit: This is pretty much one size fits all. The size chart suggests that it will fit sizes 2-14 and cups sizes B-C. I wear a size 12 with 36DD's and an hourglass shape and it fit quite nicely as it has plenty of elastic! For me, the draping was flattering and did not reveal too much of my not-so-tiny tummy but this may be different for an apple shaped person. I'm always worried with a see-through material that it may show a little too much, but this material was just see through enough so that it shows the outline of the body, but you cannot see every flaw. It hangs so that when you're not moving it really doesn't show the opening much so it mostly covers your body. When the satin bow is in place, it's a very sexy and flattering look and certainly met my expectations.

Usability: This outfit is great for a sexy picture, but unfortunately, it did not stay in place for in-person use. Maybe it's a sizing issue, but for me, the bow kept sliding around and falling. One aspect that I really liked was that the underwear have little peek-a-boo holes in them, which as you can imagine, can be a lot of fun!

Overall, the bf loved my playful pictures I sent to him but in-person it was a bit of a bust. That being said, I may whip it out again one day and give it another go!
