Hellooooooo Eighties!

This outfit might be best left to those who do like the higher rise in the bottom. And also for those with long, relatively skinny legs. Large breasts should fit, but won't be supported. The set is comfortable and well made, but will only serve a niche audience well.

This set comes in that triangle shaped pink striped box from Leg Avenue. Front has the model in the outfit, and so does the back. Back also includes materials, sizing, and cleaning instructions. The teddy and the stockings are both made of 100% Nylon and should be hand washed warm and drip dried. I think you'd be fine running them through the washing machine on low in a pillow case or lingerie bag as well.

Everything here is a one size, and isn't adjustable at all. To Leg Avenue, you should be between a size 6-11, A-C cup, 32-38" bust, 23-29" waist, and 34-40" hips. Personally I'm about 5'2, size 4/6, I weigh about 115, around my bust measures about 32" and underneath measures about 28 1/2". I've got about a 29" waist with 34" hips, 38" around my butt, and I wear a B cup. Everything fit, but it wasn't the most spectacular fit ever.

What you get in this set is a teddy and a pair of stockings. The teddy starts out at the top like a one size tank top, and towards the bottom becomes a high rise one piece bikini with minimal butt coverage. There's no definitive cup area or anything like that. Across the top of the bust and along each of the legs on the front is a band of a slightly frillier red lace than the rest of the teddy is made of. In between where cups would be if there were any is a small black accent bow. Across the bust area measures about 18" across when stretched, and at the top of the hip opening is about 19 1/2" across when stretched. Now, when I say high rise, I mean that the top of that opening is probably going to be closer to the bottom of your waist. Like, a whole 8 1/2" away from the armpit. The back panel that's supposed to cover the butt rapidly narrows on its way down to the crotch, coming in at about 5" across in the middle, which is about as big as a lot of thongs are in the front to cover the vagina. The front and back meet in the middle with two snaps, and anybody who's ever worn a body suit type thing when they were younger or ever met with a onsie will be very familiar with this. The back part has something resembling a crotch liner, that's mostly just a second layer of lace.

The stockings are definitely made for those with long, skinny legs. Unlike a lot of stockings that start out looking super small and stretch out, these come right out of the box long legged and ready to go. They have the exact same pattern as the teddy, with the same frilly lace accent along the top. On me, they look a little ridiculous. My inseam is about 29" or so and these would have touched my underwear except for the fact that my 21 1/2" thighs (in that spot) were just large enough that the lace would dig in and roll down a bit. I did walk around and they did stay up, they just didn't look that great on me while doing it. There is a backseam as well. It's not that noticeable until you're wearing the stockings, but if you look at the top you can see the seam in the lace and put them on accordingly. Here's some pictures to show how it sat on my thigh, and also a close-up of the pattern.

Weird fit aside, the craftsmanship actually had me really impressed. Everything felt a little thicker than I had initially anticipated, and pretty sturdy; even if they did snag fairly easily. All of the lace is slightly more rough than soft, but still very nice to the touch. While it's definitely not see through, it's not quite opaque either. You can see through some spots better than others. I didn't find any random stray threads or anything, but the two spots I think will have issues eventually are the straps and the snaps. The straps are also trim in the front, but they just attach to the back with a few stitches and some rough tugging might remove them. The snaps are sewn into the seams with no special reinforcing in the area. With other things set up like this, one might grab the area between the snaps and just pull, but this will probably result in some torn lace. Pulling right from the corners gives the same feeling. The only "good" way to undo these snaps is to pull equally on either side as close to the snaps as you can.

Here you can see how it fits (with my super cute underwear).

Experience
Ok, I can't actually bring myself to say that I hate this set, because honestly I don't. It was pretty comfortable, and while it didn't do anything for my breasts it didn't really detract either. Sex was easy enough with the teddy unsnapped, and the back flap didn't really get in the way for us at all.

I do think that it will fit the sizing chart, at least for the teddy. The stockings I'd avoid if your thighs are much more than 20" around. I just wish that it fit me a little better. I don't have the long legs that these stockings are going to look best on and well, I've never been huge on teddies, although this one I don't hate. If you have the right shape to fit this, it's going to look gorgeous on you. Otherwise, it might be best to just let this one sit on the shelf. It shows up as discontinued on the site, but a Google search shows it still for sale elsewhere, and even in multiple colors it looks like!

Thanks for the review! I think my shape is similar to yours. I definitely don't have long legs so I might get this for the teddy.

It's not a bad one, just one that I likely won't use that often.
