This piece by Dreamgirl is comfortable and looks great. It has a classy elegance to it while still being ultra sexy, which is a combination I love. It reminds me of something you might see Ava Gardner in. I am not built like Ava Gardner (see photos), but I still like this slip.

The material is 92% nylon and 8% spandex. The slip is a soft silky satin, with mesh panels in the front and back to make it a bit more revealing. It has an underwire bra top with adjustable straps and closes with hook and eye closures all the way down the back. The four adjustable garters are removable, so it can be worn with or without stockings.

The slip comes with a satiny g-string which is actually not bad compared to the matching panties you usually get with this sort of thing. It's one I'll actually keep and wear - usually I just toss them out.

The top of the bodice and the bottom hem are trimmed with eyelash lace (lace that has a fringe along the outer edge). It's so pretty I wanted to get a picture of it, since my pictures don't show the detail:




According to the sizing chart, I am a medium. Sizing for this might be a bit iffy, since this slip does have a bit of stretch to it and there is only one row of hook and eye closures, making it not very adjustable. For me, this fit great everywhere but the bust, where it was a little too big. I normally wear a 34B in a bra, so if you have bigger breasts you might have more luck with the size chart. I suspect I'd do better with a small, since it would stretch. I never even had to undo the closure in the back, since I could just slip this on. Oh, well, might give it a try in another color, since there are more color options than you usually see in lingerie.

Personal fit issues aside, this is a quality piece. The seams all feel sturdy, and the fabric has as luxurious feel as you'll find in a synthetic material. It should be hand washed and hung or laid flat to dry.

From the back - this barely covered my butt, so that's a plus when dressing up for fun.


And even though I don't really fill it out, the lace is so darn pretty I still like the front view.

My partner did not seem to notice the fitting issues I was having with this. He liked it on me enough that I was subjected to some really great sex as soon as I was showing Him how it looked on me. It's a rough life, I'll tell you . . . .
I did find out that one advantage to the bra cups being loose on me is that they can be pushed down out of the way very easily. I was much less concerned about how they looked once this was brought to my attention.

So, only four stars from me overall, but five from Him. I think women tend to be a little more critical of things like "does this fit absolutely perfectly?" whereas men often think more along the lines of "My hot wife/girlfriend is wearing sexy lingerie for me. Hell yeah!" That may sound slightly sexist, but I have found it to be true with my man!
