Lace back chemise - chemise discontinued by Coquette - review by MamaDivine

The Lace Back Chemise was my attempt at trying to find something that was shapely and form fitting, but still hid all those unsightly bumps and bulges. Well, I have to say: "So Far, So Good!". I really like how well this outfit fits my body and the amount of confidence that it gives me. I am a mother of four, and the "battle scars" have left their marks on me both in stretch marks and the extra "loose bulge in the front".

I ordered the XL and I am a size 15-18 in casual clothing. Though, my thighs and my booty are mostly the "XL" areas. It flattened my tummy nicely and hugged my curves pretty well. Almost too well really. It was pretty tight getting it on and I don't really feel comfortable to do much moving around without it riding up. It does make me feel "sexy" but I think that I should have sprung for the largest size that they had available (the 1X/2X). Then again, with the lace up backing, it does let out enough to give me more movement. I guess it will all depend on others personal preferences.

The material is surprisingly comfortable. I hate lace. My skin reacts horribly to it and I get rashes or itching where ever it touches. With this outfit, I didn't find that it irritated my skin in the least bit. Though, the lace is mostly a "front cover" for the front of the outfit and doesn't really touch much of the skin except for up near the top of the breasts where the straps meet.

The sides of the outfit are very slightly see through. I hate see through outfits, but I felt that this outfit didn't really show anything much on the sides, so I was ok with it. Its stretchy-to a point. The garter straps are sturdy and well made. I think that the quality of this product is very high as well. The seams are tightly sewn and I don't see anything in the way of "cheap" or chincy materials or anything.

It comes on a cute, padded, black hanger for easy storage too. Which was a bonus. The straps are thin, but comfortable. This outfit is made of Nylon and Spandex. This outfit comes in S,M,L,XL,1X/2X.

I would recommend this outfit to anyone that is looking for a little nip and tuck in the mid section and something to really accent the booty and legs!

This has to be one of my favorites of all my corset style outfits. It looks great, feels great and really gives me that "sexy feeling" that is usually hard to come by with so many kids and family members living at my home! So much going on, so much stress around me, and yet when I put this outfit on, I feel like I could totally rock the bedroom with it! I really like this outfit and recommend it! As far as it holding up, it has done really well. No tears or threads coming lose or anything of that nature. I hand wash this item now though, just in case.
