Marquis de pink babydoll & g-string - babydoll and panties set by Fantasy Lingerie - review by Airekah

My Marquis de pink babydoll & g-string came to me in a rather large box, wrapped in this pink tissue which I can only attribute to Eden Fantasys' packers. I pulled out the garments and instantly noticed that the top babydoll portion looked small in comparison with the g-string. This usually is an issue with any type of lingerie that I purchase, primarily because of the shape of my body. I generally give everything a chance though. I was ecstatic to receive the item because of the colors, which are just as bold in person as they are on the model above.

I removed the tags and slipped from my normal nighties to this naughty nightie and the fit was perfect, for the top portion at least. My breasts fit perfectly. The material and cup style, which is wired for more support, created a more than appealing "tear drop" effect to the appearance of my breasts. The mesh material covered up areas that I generally like hidden. The coverage is not enough to be hidden completely, but certainly enough to hide any small skin flaws you may want unknown. Now, the bottom portion of the lingerie, the g-string, was slightly larger than your typical g-string and when worn in the appropriate way, it sagged or had to be pulled well above my hips for a tighter fit. I don't like sagging underwear. I was able to actually sew and fix the size of the g-string, but most people don't like to or don't have the ability to re-craft their purchases. This may be an issue for the typical user.

I have only hand-washed this item, for fear of separation of the initial stitching. It's made from mesh, nylon, satin, and spandex and is a very smooth and light-weight composition of material. The tags however, do imply that this garment can be machine washed. So, I would suggest washing in a lingerie bag to ensure that the material is handled gently.

You also have options with this garment, and we all like options, right? Sizes range from small to 3XL. I do wish there was an option to purchase a top portion and bottom portion at different sizes, that would have made this the perfect purchase for me. However, that size chart is a wide enough range that you could buy for the whole family, and at the price of only about thirty dollars. It would be well worth the investment to share this garment with someone else. I personally, have been thinking of buying one for my mother. (I know, weird.) She loves Eden Fantasys, but won't shop here herself. I always have to do her buying.
