Leather cherry cincher by Allure lingerie - review by This Is For The Birds

The Leather Cherry Cincher is a very sexy traditional cincher. This was a push product for me and I was very hesitant to take the offer not knowing how it would fit since I am very small-structured. However, I figured I would try it and I could review it based on a small proportioned body. I am a 22 year old, 5'7", 110 lb woman with a bra size of 32B, so finding corsets that actually fit in the breast area as well as in the abdominal area is a very hard find. I figured since this wasn't a full corset that it was worth the try to review it.

Once I received it, I was very happy with the fit of it. It has a lace up back and a snap closure front with a satin tie bow in the front. It is made from faux-lather and satin with plastic boning. However, I find that it feels and looks like a high quality product, as well as being a great price. As with any corset with a snap front closure, I find it very difficult to push and snap it closed. However, I found this one a little more difficult to open back up, and I felt that I might bend the clasp if I tried too hard to open it.

Upon opening when I received it, it had a very strong oder of leather which with me is fine but for others might not be, which is why I'm noting it. The cleaning of it could easily be done with just a wet cloth and wiped down and then air dried. I would not recommend putting it in the washer or dryer since it would probably distort, ruin, or even possibly shrink it.

In my opinion this could be worn on its own with breasts exposed in the bedroom to enlighten the mood or I have found that wearing a shirt underneath makes a great addition if wearing it out on the town or to a party. The middle of the top and bottom are both pointed but, if worn with a black shirt, I have discovered that it is not noticeable and is actually very cute.

I actually wore this over a black shirt at our Christmas party. It was a big hit and everyone loved it. It was a very unique outfit. I intended on wearing a red shirt underneath to kind of bring out the red bow, but since the middle of the top and bottom is pointed, I just felt that I did not look good.

The red satin ribbon is intended to look like it is being laced up underneath the middle part where it clasp together, and then tied at the top.

I still find the clasp a little more difficult to open and close, compared to the others that I have, but since this is not a traditional corset, and doesn't cover the boobs, this is still my favorite to wear out over a shirt, since I have small boobs.
