Satin lycra gloves - glove discontinued by Coquette - review by ArcaneBlast

Whenever I buy gloves, I never have any expectations. Most of the time they don't fit my fingers and make them look fat; I'm not just talking about thick winter gloves. I mean fashion gloves too. They normally make my hands look stubby and worst case, feel stubby. Most gloves I have I don't have full mobility!

That was not the case with these. I bought these because I loved opera gloves and I HAD to have a pair and I am glad I did. These gloves fit so well, it was like a second skin.

The length from the base to the tip of the middle finger is 21.25", the length of the middle finger is 3.25" and since most hands are proportionate, you can estimate from there the rest of the finger lengths.

The diameter of this is 4" at the base and 3" around the wrist.



I really enjoyed the texture of these both inside and out; they were really sleek and soft. They don't really fit the description of lingerie though. I find them better suited for formal wear; these would be great paired with a satin dress or an elegant ballgown.

As per lingerie wear, I can see how these could be fun. The texture allows for a less chafing hand-job, but I do not recommend getting any type of lubricant or fluids on these; they sometimes stain. It's also great for foreplay and role playing: pretending to be a socialite. This piece is clearly awesome for more than just dressing in fancy attire, but situationally, unlike other pieces, they don't have many outside the bedroom applications since as I said before these are more of a formal piece.

This piece is made of 12% spandex and 88% nylon. Because of the spandex, I recommend hand washing only, and due to the nylon should be washed in cold water. Do not dry this in the dryer, because it can harden the material. Other than this, it's pretty easy to clean and not to easy to get dirty.
