This little costume is worth every penny you would pay for it, if for nothing else than just the sheer volume of what all is included in it. It comes with a cropped top, bra, skirt, petticoat, garter belt, thong, fishnet stockings and a little head piece. And while I'm giving it an overall 4 stars, I will rate each piece individually in the review.

Starting with the head piece, which is made of black satiny nylon, and trimmed with white lace. There is a white ribbon bow on each side and three ribbons hanging down from it. One of the ribbons on each side is long enough to tie the two of them together around the back on your head. I found that to be sufficient to keep it in place. The head piece itself measures 8 inches by 4 inches. I would give this one 5 stars because it is well made.

The bra is a underwire demi-cup and made of spandex. It has a plastic front snap closure that is a bit cheap and can come undone if not snapped extremely well. There is a thin layer of trim running around it and short white lace across the tops of the cups. The bra straps are adjustable but only made of black satin ribbon and a little hard to work with. I think at some point these will need to be replaced. I bought this costume in a S/M and the bra fit me well. I would probably rate the bra at 3 stars. It really could have been made a bit better.

The crop top is made out of the same spandex that the bra is and it is very stretchy, but fits nice and snug. It is bordered with white spandex trim around the top and front and then has 4 strips of white running down the front, and there is about a 1 inch wide trim of the white spandex around the bottom. The top of the front and the sleeves, which are short and kind of puffy, are bordered in white lace, and there is a bow on each side where the lace meets the spandex trim in front. It closes with a sturdy silver zipper running down the front and an O-ring on the clasp. This piece is extremely cute and well made and warrants 5 stars.

The garter belt is also made out of the black spandex and is trimmed in white lace across the bottom with white bows at the point where the garters hang. The garters are the type with the metal sliding clasps for grabbing the stockings and they are adjustable. My only gripe is that even when I adjusted the front garters so they would be as short as possible, they were still too long, and I have pretty long legs. But the back ones fit fine. I would give this piece 4 stars.

The thong is probably the worst piece in the whole package. It also is made of spandex. But the fabric they used for the waistline had no give at all, so it was very tight on me and cut into my skin. Otherwise it was just a basic black thong. And since I own plenty black thongs and g-strings, I just substituted it with one of my own. I would give this 2 stars, because it just seems silly to me that they couldn't have made this as stretchy as everything else was.

The petticoat is adorable! It's 10 inches long and made of a very soft and pretty white lace with a thin stretchy spandex waistline that closes with small white snaps. The bottom half of it has a second layer of lace. It doesn't raise the skirt a whole lot, but it does add an extra something to the overall look. I would definitely give this piece 5 stars.

The skirt is also made of spandex with a 1 1/2 inch wide white spandex band at the top. It has a little white nylon apron on the front that is attached at the top and bordered in lace, and a large white ribbon bow at the back. The bottom is trimmed with large lace as well. From the top of the white band to the bottom of the lace the skirt is 13 inches long. It is very well made and lays very nicely on the body. I would give this piece 5 stars as well.

And finally the fishnet stockings. They're extremely well made and have a nice 1/2 inch band at the top that does not grab the thigh too tightly. So while they're very comfortable, they will not stay up by themselves and do require the use of garters.

I’m normally a size 6 and I wear a 32 C cup bra and I ordered the S/M. It fit me perfectly and looked really nice on, but I don't see it fitting anyone who is too much larger than I am. Also I would say the S/M bra might be too small for someone who is significantly larger chested than I am. Which is probably most of the women in the world.

As far as cleaning goes, I would recommend hand wash the pieces separately and hang dry. It is important to remember to close all zippers and snaps before you wash, so that they don't snag the fabric.

Overall, I love this outfit/costume. One really cool thing is that the pieces can be mixed and matched with other things I own. You can just choose to wear the bra, garter, panties and stockings, or even just the top and skirt. Actually there are many ways that you can wear this. At the very least, you could play strip poker all night with this outfit and never lose with all of these layers. For the most part it is all very well made. And with a few exceptions, that I've already mentioned, it will last a long time. I know my husband, who chose this outfit, was very happy with how it all looked together on me.

I have mixed and matched all the pieces in this outfit with other things I own, and it goes with so many of them. I think the basic black and white is what makes it so versatile.

All the fabric and seams are holding up extremely well. And it washes and dries very nicely.
