Red long gown - maxi dress discontinued by Espiral - review by CrystaCat

It really is a sexy red dress, although it does come in black too. It comes in sizes small to extra large. I am 5'4 the length was perfect on me but the chest not so much. I ordered a small should have gone with a medium to say the least.

The sizing chart for a small states: 2-6 A-B cup Bust 32-34 Waist 24-26 Hips 34-36
Now here are my sizes: Size 3 in jeans Cup B Bust 31 Waist 32 Hips 36 Weight: 119 Height: 5'4

Needless to say I thought a small would fit well. Well the length was great and fit me well everywhere else but the cup size not so much. They are very little triangles. Under the boob there should be a hem line, well on me it is right in the center of my nipple so obviously my chest is too big for the dress. Normally I am to small in the chest area!

Material
The material is 93% polyester and 7% Elastan. It is stretchy and very smooth.

The material is see through if you hold it up to the light and unstrechted.
There are two little metal pieces attaching the triangle material that should cover each breast to the ties making the dress appear to be a halter top.



Right under your chest the material is gathered for a sexy appeal and it continues across to the back.
The bottom of the dress is not that wide either it is basically a loose flow measuring at 25 inches. Right under the chest area measures only nine inches unstretched. So it will fit form fitting if you weight about 120 pounds. There are also two little white loops inside the dress to hang it up with.



Cleaning
Espiral Lingerie says you should wash it separately and drip dry. Do not bleach of course.

Usage
You could wear this dress out to the club or out to a romantic dinner with your partner. But since the material is not itchy or annoying you could wear it as a nighty if you want.

Besides the fact that the top was too small the dress fit me well. I am exchanging it for a medium and I am hoping it will not be too long. This is a very sexy dress and I am planning on wearing out when my husband and I go to a nice dinner when he gets home. The material is comfortable and sleek. I love the gathered material too. I also think the red is stunning.

The small was too small. So, I exchanged it for a medium. It fits a little better not much better, but a little. The cups sizes were actually not much bigger than the small, but it worked for me. The material has held up nicely and my husband loves it on me. I love wearing it out on date night to a nice dinner and sexy high heels. My husband says it is very sexy on and maybe we shouldn't leave the house! I love dressing sexy, but not be too revealing because honestly my husband would not let me out of the house! I would recommend this dress to anyone who wants to spice up date night! My hubby and I both love this piece.
