Parisian nights - teddy discontinued by DreamGirl - review by minxx

I really want to like this lingerie. It is so soft to the touch and it has a lovely design, but it just doesn't look as good on me as it does on the model in the product photos. Now, that isn't necessarily the teddy's fault, I just have a unique body shape - a large bust, a small waist, and even larger hips. I honestly thought that it would work with my body shape, but I think this particular teddy was made with a slimmer body in mind.

The detailing on this piece is absolutely beautiful - it is a pink material in the front with a black floral-pattern lace overlay with the black lace wrapping all around you, finally leading to a wide, open back with a pink ribbon lace up feature. Perhaps the best of all, this is the softest material I have ever come across in lingerie. The tag, as well as the description on the product page, describe this material to be a polyamid/spandex blend, which is a strong, stretchy blend that is hypo-allergenic and stain resistant. The crotch of this lingerie, as with all teddies, opens and closes with a set of button snaps. (Three, to be exact.) This closure makes it very easy for access during sex. One thing I do have to mention is that there is NO push-up feature in the bra like the description says. It is simply a lightly padded bust, which was a tiny bit of a disappointment. Is it a huge deal? Not really, but I thought it was worth mentioning.

As I briefly mentioned before, this teddy is very comfortable. The material is very soft and breathable, which is a must for me in the bedroom. I love everything about it...except how it looked on me. It really accentuated the curves I love about myself, along with the ones I'm not a fan of. The good news is I think I can pull this off once I lose a few more pounds. As for now, I wore it once, and although my fiance loved it, I just didn't feel sexy in it.
