One of Dreamgirl's most economical babydoll sets is the sequin trimmed babydoll and thong set. The set comes in purple, red and a sapphire blue. I chose the purple sequin babydoll. I like it a lot and am very glad I chose this color since it turned out to be more of a deep plum than purple. I love it. This set is a one size fits most and the back of the package states that it should fit most people between 90-160 lbs. I find this to be true. I believe that this set could be flattering and fit well on a large variety of body shapes and sizes. The top is adjusted by a tie across the back and a tied halter top, this allows many bust sizes and cup sizes to fit into the top of this set. This is how the set ties in the back.


I personally am 5'2", 130lbs, a dress size 6-8 and a 36C or 34D. This set I feel could fit an A-D cup well and busts up to 40" without a problem. In addition to the tie closures attributing to this set fitting a wide variety and size of people, the babydoll style itself allows for many shapes and sizes to wear this set comfortably. Under each of the cups is a loose panel of fabric that makes up the baby doll portion of this set, making this set airy and while it will display your tummy, the fabric is loose and will not cut into you or be uncomfortable. It is actually a very comfortable set that I can sleep in and feel like I am wearing nothing at all.




This babydoll is made of a nylon/spandex blend that makes this set sheer, soft to the touch and stretchy. The top halter ties are thin strips of material that have elastic stretch to them. The cups are a sheer nylon that are lines in deep purple lace that is soft and not "scratchy" or irritating to the skin. The lace border along the top portion of the "cups" accents the top of this very well and gives it a nice feminine touch. The cups themselves are large, triangular and completely see through. The way the top is designed allows everyone from A cups to very large breasted women to wear this, however there is no underwire or support so very heavy breasts will not be supported well at all. The sequin trim is right below the bustline, and consists of plain silver sequins stitched into a thicker plum colored band of fabric. It does add an attractive touch to the top. The band itself is not stretchy, however the ties that go around the middle of the the wearers back are very stretchy and allow a large range of bust sizes/dress sizes to wear this. The panels that make up to babydoll portion are lined in the same lace that the cups are bordered by and these panels are just as see through. I feel that this is very well made for being as inexpensive as it is. I did not notice a single flaw with this set at all.

The panties that come with this are very well made and would work well for daily wear. They are the same sheer purple but do have an adequate pantyliner. They are very stretchy and would fit many different sizes well without digging or cutting into the hips. I love these panties actually.



This set came in a cardboard package that displays a picture of a model wearing the set on the front and shows a back view of the outfit on the back of the package. The back says that it is one size and that it should fit people between 90-160 lbs. I truly feel that it would.

The tag says that this should be dry cleaned only. I wore this set to be to see how comfortable it would be, had a good romp in it, and I hand washed it in my sink carefully and hung it up to dry without a problem. The set still looks the same and held up just fine. The panties I would actually feel comfortable washing with my other delicates on the gentle cycle, though I did hand wash these too.

I do find that this is very comfortable to wear around the house and sleep in. The ties of the halter did not dig into my neck at all, though I think that the top tie may dig into someone's neck with heavier breasts. My man absolutely loves seeing me walk around in this set and loves how soft it is to the touch. I feel sexy and girly while wearing it too. This is completely see through though so it is definitely a bedroom only set.

This has held up well with handwashing only. I frequently wear the panties as they are pretty comfortable for a thong. The sequins have faded a tiny bit but none have fallen off and the color of the fabric has not faded at all. This is a sexy, comfy, light set that I enjoy wearing. Love it. Especially since it wo so inexpensive! Wish I could have gotten it in the blue too.
