Diamond flower net pantyhose - pantyhose discontinued by Baci - review by Breas

The Diamond Flower Net Pantyhose by Baci are only available in one-size-fits-most. Being a size XL, I’ve had fairly good experiences with the pantyhose from Baci. I decided to purchase this pair of pantyhose because I thought the pattern down the side was very elegant.

The pantyhose arrived in a thin cardboard box. The front of the packaging has a photo of a model wearing the pantyhose and states the company website. The back of the packaging has a back view of the model, states the size, product name, material composition, and care instructions. Inside of the cardboard packaging, the pantyhose are wrapped around a thin piece of cardboard and surrounded by plastic. I don’t find the box to be ideal for storage. I like keeping my pantyhose in my sock/stocking drawer.



The pantyhose are 100% nylon and are very stretchy. I haven’t had any issues with the Baci pantyhose being too small for me in width, though I have had issues with length. I’ve taken a few measurements of the pantyhose unstretched as well as stretched. If you need additional measurements, please let me know.

Waistband unstretched: 9 inches
Waistband stretched as much as I could: 27 ½ inches
Waistband thickness: ¾ inches
Length unstretched: 35 inches
Length stretched as much as I could: well over 60 inches (arms can only reach so far)

The band at the top of the pantyhose is thick elastic. The band is ridiculously stretchy and I had no issues with it being too tight on me. As I had mentioned, I’ve had issues with Baci pantyhose before being far too short for me and I’m only 5’6 in height, which is fairly average. I’m happy to report that these pantyhose have the length that I need and then some. I was able to pull the pantyhose almost to my ribs. I feel that the pantyhose would fit well for a person a few inches taller or shorter than myself.

There is one issue that taller people may experience with the pantyhose; the more you need to stretch them, the more distorted the side pattern looks. When I had hiked the waistband up to as high it would go on me, the side pattern was stretched in length and looked odd. The bum area also looks a little funky when stretched out as well. I have a large bum and the lined pattern on the bum really got stretched out. For me this isn’t a problem because I purchased these to wear under skirts while out in public.

The toe area of the pantyhose is reinforced and putting the pantyhose on was quick and easy. The netting is too small for your toes to poke through so it makes putting them on less annoying. When putting the pantyhose on, you’ll need to be sure that you pay attention to the side pattern so that it goes evenly up the side of your leg. When I first put the pantyhose on, the pattern swirled from the back of my leg to the front.

The material is really comfortable against the skin, and the waistband is not constricting. I don’t have any complaints of the material being bothersome to my skin. There is no lining in the crotch of the pantyhose.

The packaging states that the pantyhose should be hand washed separately in cold water and line dried. The pantyhose should not be bleached. The pantyhose should be stored out of pet reach (if you have any) because the nylon tends to pick up animal hair very easily. I’ve taken a few photos of myself wearing the pantyhose. The first photo below is a front view, the second is a side view of the pattern, and the third is what the pattern looks like when you need to stretch the length of the pantyhose.



Overall, I’m very happy with the pantyhose. They’re inexpensive, have a cute pattern, and fit my XL legs very well. I’ll definitely be wearing these out soon!
