Pretty Pretty Polka Dot

While this is a very nicely made chemise, it's not a super "must own" item either. It doesn't really do much for smaller boobies, although it doesn't detract from them either, which is nice. If you're feeling daring, you can wear it out as a dress, but it does go nicely over jeans or leggings as well.

extremely useful review
I know other reviews mention this coming with a hanger, but I'm horrible and don't use them really and have since misplaced all of the packaging that came with this lovely chemise. However that's not a big deal because we're not reading a review on the packaging. I do remember that it came with the standard safety pinned tag that had the size, and there is a tag on the back that tells you that this is 82% Nylon and 18% Spandex exclusive of the trim and should be hand washed and hung to dry. I would feel ok running it through the washing machine on gentle and cold, but use the machine at your own risk.

I got this in a small, which which according to Coquette's new sizing chart (on which I think the only thing that changed was the sizing for a one size item) means that I should be between a size 4-6, with a B cup, a 34-36" bust, 26-28" waist, and 36-38" hips. Personally I'm about 5'2, I weigh about 120, around my bust measures 32" and underneath measures about 28 1/2". I've got about a 29" waist and measure about 34" around the top of my hips and 38" around my butt and wear a good solid B cup. This fit me comfortably, and I do believe that it would definitely fit everybody it claims it will.

You're only getting the chemise here, but you can easily pair any pair of underwear you want with it, if you choose to wear underwear with it at all. The cups are topped with soft lacy ruffles, and are padded in that you won't be able to see anything through them, but don't offer any more lift or support than the underwire provides. Between them is the signature Coquette bow, although you can easily remove it if you don't like it. The straps are also adjustable like your standard bra strap would be.

The rest of the chemise is varying degrees of see through. The 6" wide solid panel on the front and back of the dress that runs the whole length down the center is less see through than the mesh sides, mostly only being able to be seen through if you're holding it up to the light. But if it gets really stretched you may be able to see through it slightly. The mesh paneled sides are soft (so is the center panel) and feature the flocked polka dots for which this chemise is named. The bottom 7" or so of the solid panel in the back features the same soft ruffles as the top of the cups. The ruffles are nice because they can really accentuate your booty.

Everything about this chemise feels nice on the skin and to the touch. It fit me really well and is stretchy enough to be forgiving if I gain a few more pounds. It didn't really do anything for my breasts, but it didn't make me feel like they were really being downplayed either. Given what I have to work with, I think it did ok. Larger breasts may find that they aren't supported very well, and may not fit into the cups that well either. I'd imagine up to a full C would work with the small, and from there you'll probably want to move up in size.

I have a few pictures of me wearing it for you as well:

Experience
I really like this piece. I'm not in love with it, but I do definitely like it a lot. It's comfortable and can easily be worn alone or over a pair of jeans or leggings. The way it hugs my stomach can be a good thing or a bad thing depending on how I'm feeling on a particular day, but I do always love the way it looks on my ass. I don't personally feel it's a super "must have" item, but I do think it'll hold its place in a collection.

Great review and you do look awesome in this dress!
We are about the same size; weight and boobs. I always feel challenged to find pieces that make the most of what I have.
The Coquette line usually works for me as well and I see wearing this over jeans.
