I received these black, ruffled boy short style panties by Booty Parlor, a recent addition to the quality lingerie offered by EdenFantasys.com at no cost in exchange for my frank thoughts on them. How did I get so lucky? I keep wondering, but with no clear answer, I'll just smile and accept my fate.


The details: The panties arrived in a small black box with a simple, yet elegant, pink design identifying the contents in both English and French. Really now, would you rather wear a "boyshort panty" or "culotte en mousseline"? How cool is it to whisper in your partner's ear that you have a surprise to show off in the "boudoir"? OOO, baby, Even now I get wet just writing the words. These sexy panties are made of 92% nylon and 8% spandex. The nylon gives them durability, softness, and a bit of a sheen, while the spandex assures us that they keep their shape while stretching to fit a range of sizes and hug the body nicely. They are entirely sheer with six evenly spaced horizontal rows of small ruffles across the back and front with a cute pink bow in the center of the front elastic waistband. The leg opening also has elastic. Instructions are given to hand wash them in cold water, separately, without bleach and to line dry. I am lazy, so I turned the pantys inside out, put them in a lingerie bag and into the washing machine they went. They came out fine. I did not machine dry them. I will machine wash them again.


The "Pin Up" is a one size fits most, however, I was unable to find a size chart at either EF or the Booty Parlor web site. I am 5'3" tall, a 32" waist and a curvy hip measurement of 38". My usual size is a 12/14 or a large. If you promise not to tell anyone, I weigh 156 pounds (REMEMBER, that is just between us; I can trust you, can't I?). My ass is flat and my body type is "soft", not firm. I tell you this because that's the great thing about wearing these, they give the illusion that I've had cheek implants without the expense and pain. The ruffles hide my "softness" in a good way. Both the waist and legs are non-binding and left no elastic marks, which has happened to me with other elastic in the past. The panties sit about 2" below my natural waist and the leg is what I would describe as semi hi cut. There is no inseam and I would not describe them as boyshorts, which, at least to me, are more similar to very, very, very short shorts, think "Daisy Dukes" of the 1970's. They are very flattering and fit my form in all the right places. They are not baggy in front or back and have a bit of give to them. I would guess that they fit a woman with straight or curvy hips from a pants/dress size 6 to 14. They are only available on EF in the "one size", but Booty Parlor does make a plus size. The one size sold out on EF very quickly; so based on their popularity it would seem prudent for EF to also stock the plus size. Women, contact Customer Service and request the plus size. CS is great and I bet they will be able to accommodate you.


The only negative I have about these pantys is that there is no cotton lining in the crotch. This isn't an issue if they are worn for a short time, but if you are wearing them to work all day to feel sexy or so you can surprise your partner that evening, I suggest adding a pantyliner and removing it before getting busy. For health reasons it is recommended that all panties have a cotton crotch to prevent the possibility of vaginal infections.

I found these at my front door when I got home from work, so my first experience was that night in the boudoir. I wore them with a simple black bra and some lace topped thigh highs. My husband described the total package as, "...overwhelming...". We embraced while standing, and while kissing deep my mind went into fantasy mode. Suddenly, I felt a smack on my ass! Because the fabric is very thin, soft, and the ruffles are so delicate, these can be worn under dark slacks, skirts and dresses comfortably and with no trace of the ruffles visible. The black color makes it impossible to discreetly wear them under light colors.

I still love these panties. Better yet, my husband still loves these panties. I place them in a lingerie bag and toss in the washing machine and lay them on top of a towel on top of the dryer to dry and they look good as new. Besides how they look, what I love best about them is that they are so comfortable they are an every day pair that makes me feel extra sexy and my husband loves when he sees them go on because he knows they'll be coming off! Everyone should own a pair.
