Romantic lace babydoll - babydoll and panties set by Leg Avenue - review by SMichelle

I have always been a fan of open-style lingerie, and as such, I couldn't resist this babydoll. The "Romantic Lace Babydoll" is appropriately named, as both the lace, and the style, give the piece a romantic feel.

What's Included:
This set includes the lace babydoll, and the matching thong. The set is available in two colorways; red, and black. I purchased the black.

Material and Care:
This set is made out of 100% Nylon.

When I first saw this piece, I was expecting the material to be very uncomfortable, and even itchy. After all, how much can you expect from such a low-priced piece? Apparently you can expect a lot, as the material is surprisingly comfortable. It's not at all itchy!

The lace material is also very stretchy, meaning that this piece will be able to fit people of many different sizes.

To care for this piece, it's recommended that you hand wash it in warm water. That said, I have successfully washed this item in the washing machine on the delicate cycle by using a lingerie bag. However you wash it, make sure that you line dry it. The dryer will not be kind to the lace. It's not recommended that you iron this piece; and really, why would you want to? The wavy look of the fabric adds to the babydolls charm.

For storage, I simply fold this up and put it in a drawer with other lingerie items.

Sizing:
Leg Avenue has only made this piece available in One Size Fits Most, which is a bit of a shame. Don't fear though! This is one OS piece that will actually fit a wide range of sizes.

According to the size chart, one size fits most should fit someone with the following measurements:
Cup Size: A-C
Bust: 32-38"
waist: 28-29"
Hips: 34-40"

Personally, my bust is a small C to large D, depending on the bra. My bust fits within the measurements outlined. My waist, at 32", is bigger than the measurements outline. My hips are around 40".

Due to the style of this babydoll, waist and hip measurements really aren't important. The bust and cup portion of the babydoll could also fit someone much larger than the measurements outline.

Length wise, the babydoll covers my bottom half well, and I'm 5'6". If you're taller, it won't cover you as well.

The thong fit my 40" hips okay, but they did dig in. The thong will fit smaller sizes better.

Design:
This is a pretty basic babydoll. The babydoll has a sort of peek-a-boo style where the lower half of it is left open. This is a very sexy, and simple, look.

The straps of this babydoll are, unfortunately, not at all adjustable. They're also very thin, which makes me think that they might not be able to support larger busts.

This piece does not offer any bust support. The straps are not strong enough to offer support, and while their is a seam under the bust, that seam is pretty much just for looks.

The thong matches the babydoll well. There is absolutely no pantyliner on the thong.

Quality:
Overall, the quality is okay -- considering what you pay for it. The thong does look like it is going to fall apart after just one wear, but the babydoll is in okay shape. I didn't notice many loose threads, and so far, it's held up well to washing.

I shouldn't say that I don't like it anymore, as I do still like it... I just don't like it as much. Unfortunately there's not an option for "I still like it, but not as much..."

This piece is sexy, but I rarely find myself grabbing for it. It's just not something that stands out.
