Ruby sequin dress - mini dress discontinued by DreamGirl - review by Kissy

Here are my facts: I have big boobs (DD) and NO butt whatsoever. I typically wear a size 4 in dresses and a size 6-8 in jeans. I normally like things form fitting but breathable!

Onward with the Ruby Red Sequin Dress Review:

I ordered the size small. Although it fits nice, I could have gone with a medium and been just as satisfied. The dress barely goes over my butt. This is not a problem until I want to wear this outside of the bedroom.

I decided to pair it with my Gold Metallic Leggings for the Eden pictures (Yes, I do look like a super hero-ish odd ball. No, I wouldn't go out with this combo). When paired with leggings, this dress is definitely able to be worn for a night out on the town! I could even put black leggings and a matching tight long sleeve shirt underneath it for a more modest look for a family gathering, and I believe I will. This could be the perfect Christmas dress!

I love the scoop neck in the front and in the back. It goes low enough for sexy but isn't too revealing.

When putting this dress on, I recommend help! It has no zippers or anything to loosen it up. You just slide it over your head. While doing this alone, I somehow got 3 cat-like scratches on my shoulder from the sequins! It was so weird! The dress does have a little give, so it is not difficult to get on or off. Just make sure you watch out for those sequins.

As for cleaning, this dress might never get washed! I can't imagine how it would survive home washing or dry-cleaning without losing some sequins. I will have to update you on this one.

So overall, the dress is very SEXY. It is super cute and versatile! It is true to size yet a little bit smaller. If you are in between I would order up! I will be ordering the black soon and will order up. Pair this with leggings, and you can go anywhere in it!

MY FOLLOW UP: This Ruby sequin dress has been worn 3 times in the last 2 months and I still love it! The reason I've only worn it 3 times, is because I can't find any more opportunities to wear it... or I would! I found my favorite way to wear this dress is with a shirt underneath and leggings. Yes, it is more modest, but it is warmer this way, and it is winter!

The product is still in fine shape, the sequins are really holding up! The dress has not stretched out at all after bringing it over my head many times. Although, it is still a little annoying putting it on in this fashion - you must be careful! I have kept it stored on it's original hanger in its original bag, and I plan on this item lasting me a long time!
