Something Blue chemise - chemise discontinued by Coquette - review by Bme

My wife is usually the reviewer in the family. She is much better with descriptions, but since she is busy with work, sick family members, etc., it has come to me to do a review on this chemise. Since it is new and there are not any reviews, I thought I would pass along what I discovered. I have been looking for something to order since everything on her wish list has been out of stock for quite a while. She mentioned that she liked this and so I got right on ordering it. It came today. She was very excited, as was I. That was, until she tried it on. Coquette can be a bit hit or miss for her in the cup size. She is a size 8 with D cup breasts. I am not complaining, but she does find sizing hard. I ordered the large thinking that the cups may be a bit small, but I do not mind that. Well, not only were the cups too small, the whole thing was too small. I ordered a large which by all measurements (except the cup size) should have fit fine. So if you are ordering this, order a size larger. The Coquette website shows this comes in an XL, but unfortunately EdenFantasys is not currently offering that size. So, I am back to the drawing board with getting her something as this will be going back.

Another thing I wanted to mention was that the color in the picture shows a much deeper blue than it actually is. It is still very pretty, but the blue color is very light. The whole thing is much more see-through than the picture as well.

My wife did not like that the garters were not adjustable. She did like the design though. If the rest of it fit, she would have kept it.

As with all Coquette stuff, it is well made. They no longer send the nice padded hangers that my wife loves. In fact, there was no hanger at all. It came in a cellophane wrapping and had a Coquette tag with a picture of a woman wearing the chemise on it.
