Sexy cincher type bustier to parade the boobs around (Size L)

I'm a sucker for red and black lingerie. When I saw this piece on Eden I just fell in love and I knew I had to order it. This was my first demi-cup bustier and second piece from Coquette.

Design:
This bustier is made out of bright red satin like material. It has lovely black lace details around the sides and on the demi-cups. There are clasp closures on the front (with an 1 1/2 inch privacy panel) and the piece can be adjusted at the back (no privacy panel).

The string on the back is the flat shoelace type and it comes adjusted from the top and the bottom so it ties around the waist section.

The bustier comes with four detachable garters and bra straps that can offer additional support. No stockings come with this piece. I like to use this without the bra straps as I found that they come too wide so that they're too close to my armpits.

Garters

The demi-cups are thinly lined and have under wires. As someone with big boobs I was worried that the cups might come with an inch thick padding. I was glad this wasn't the case.

Cups with lace

The cups don't stretch since the material has no give. This means they do offer support to the boobs. But I would say that whether the cups are supportive or uncomfortable depends on the size and “fall” of your boobs.

Not cinched too well here...

They come just under my nipples so I get support and I didn't find them annoying. But I wouldn't suggest this bustier for those who might have bigger boobs than me or those whose chest has become BFF's with gravity. You might end up with too much overflowing action.

Material and care:
The tag on the corset states that this is 100% Acetate. The material feels very thick and sturdy and it doesn't have any stretch to it. So remember when thinking about sizes that this bustier doesn't really give in. The bustier should be hand washed and hang up to dry.

This bustier comes shipped with a padded hanger and covered in plastic bag. You could hang this piece in the closet on the hanger or lay it flat in a drawer. Just be vary of the plastic boning so you don't bend them.

Sizing:
This corset is available in Small, Medium and Large. I ordered this in Large. According to Coquette's sizing, this is how the fit should be:
Size: 12 - 14
Bust: 38 - 40 (C cup)
Waist: 30 - 32
Hips: 40 - 42

My size:
Usual size: 12
Bust: 39 inches (over), 32 inches (under)
Bra: 34 DD/DDD
Waist: 33 inches
Hips: 38 inches

I sort of fall into that range and since this has the corset style back I figured I could adjust it to best fit. Compared to my other corset from Coquette, the Satin and Lace corset, I'd say that this runs slightly smaller than that one (in Large as well). I would suggest to order up if you are between sizes.

Sizing

Here are some measurements to the bustier cinched to the tightest possible fit:
Armpit to armpit: 16 inches
Waist: 13 ½ inches
Hip: 16 inches
Experience
This isn't a bustier you can slip into quickly. At least not the first time. A partner would be useful when cinching this bustier at the back. When you get the sizing correct you can use the front clasps to put it on more quickly.
I am pleased with the cinch I can get from this piece. It obviously isn't meant for serious corset training with its plastic boning and dainty thread at the back. But it still gives good support to the body. So far I have not noticed that the boning would start to warp too much and they haven't poked into my skin.

I like the way this bustier gives support for my chest and really puts my boobs out there on offer. This looks great paired with my nipple clamps with a chain.

My bustier had one or two threads hanging out but I snapped them away with scissors.

What takes away from the quality was the visible black stitching on the back where the strap holders were sewn in.

There's also this “folding” mark on the front panel. But it evens out when I put this on so it doesn't bother me that much. Overall, I think the quality of my other Coquette corset is superior to this but I'm still happy with this bustier.
