These sheer beauties from Leg Avenue went on my wishlist the moment I saw them. I've been in the market for a good white stocking for a long time, but I really don't like white so I've been looking for something special, that really speaks to me. And that's when I saw these! The bow on these combined with the lace band at the top was just enough to make these a purchase that I needed. They were the dream stockings I'd been looking for.

Unfortunately, these stockings (like most) are one size fits most. Usually that means "too short", but for someone who has been 5 feet even since middle school, it usually means "these stockings are probably gonna fit you just right." These really are sheer- you can see through them pretty easily, but they still keep their white color when worn. I personally prefer the big, satin bow in the back rather than in the front, but both look adorable.

These stockings are made from a mix of nylon and lace, and I'm pretty sure the bows are satin- they certainly seem like satin to me!

Now these could easily rip or get dirty, so they are not a good long-term investment. However, you will definitely get a few uses out of them, and even more as long as you take care of your belongings and don't go throwing them in the wash. Personally, I never wash things like pantyhose and leggings, I just spot clean if that's ever necessary, and that's how I would suggest cleaning these. Warm water and a little bit of soap should go a long way for these delicate goods.

I paired these stockings with a garter belt and they fit me perfectly. Like I said, I'm five feet tall and weigh around 130 pounds (thank god it's summer so I can start cycling again)- I definitely rock some thighs. But they fit me perfectly, stretch around me big ole thighs and don't squeeze them tight and give me a weird leg-muffin-top thing like all other thigh highs do.

I would definitely recommend these tights to anyone who is looking for some above-average-looking white tights. They are a perfect accessory to any outfit and would look lovely with a nice sun dress or with any sexy lingerie pieces you may have that your black hose just don't look right with. These also come in black, and although I haven't used them, I would still recommend those, too. I love these tights and for less than $10, I really think they're a great steal.

I still love these sooo much! They look so good and were perfect for my height. If you're on the shorter side, you should definitely pick these up! They didn't even cause any weird muffintop when I wore them, totally perfect~
