Striped top and bikini set - bra and panty set discontinued by Leg Avenue - review by SweetDivalia

As a stocking-lover, I couldn't pass up this pretty pink-and-yellow striped outfit. The set comes with a thong, a bikini, and thigh high stockings. I've actually purchased from Leg Avenue before, but stockings alone so I wasn't sure what to expect when it came to the bikini set. However, stockings seems to be their specialty as the entire outfit seems to be made from the same material as the thigh-highs, which are characteristically sheer. This leaves the entire outfit with a kind of transparent quality that may be either a bonus or a loss depending on how you look at it.

I cannot say how it withstands against washer/dryer action though, as I haven't thrown mine in the wash yet, but it seems like it might fray pretty easily. For ladies with nails, beware of any sharp edges as the material will easily snag and tear like pantyhose. I suggest washing it by hand to make the outfit last longer. Also, the colors in picture are a bit misleading- the fabric is not nearly thick enough to provide the deep color shown on the set worn by the girl at the pool. The soft colors are nice, but definitely not as vibrant as in the photo.

As someone with a small body I found the set was incredibly comfortable! You can adjust both the top and the bottom to fit your hips and chest, and I could see myself walking around the house all day with it on with no discomfort. The thin material doesn't slip too much either, so I didn't have to adjust it as much as I expected to. After a bit of adjusting I found that it fits snugly, and hugs the body pretty nicely. Again, between the sheerness and the general lack of material, it leaves nothing to the imagination but that's part of the fun! Though it might not survive the test of time, this outfit is definitely a nice one, and worth the price.
