I received the top, and my initial thought was the material wasn't what I expected. While I knew it would be sheer, I didn't expect it to look so "net-like" upon closer inspection.

The blend of nylon and spandex makes this top lightweight and stretchy. I'm always afraid of ordering tops without seeing them in person. However, I'd say the sizing was pretty spot on for this. I ordered a large. I am 5'2"-135 pounds, wear a 36 DDD bra, and normally wear a medium or large top. Aside from the top being a bit shorter in the front than what I anticipated, I was pleased with the fit.

The top is listed as black/gold/magenta. However, there was no magenta in my top whatsoever. It appears the model is wearing a magenta tube top underneath the garment. I am not sure if that can be purchased separately on site or not. In any event, it really is a cute design.

It is a hand wash in cold water piece. I laid mine flat to dry, which took a very short amount of time. Hopefully, the gold appliqué will hold up well.

I love the versatility of this top. It looks really cute with jeans or shorts and will also be cute over a swimsuit by the poolside.

The biggest downfall, for me at least, was the cut of this top. The intention of the design is to be shorter in the front and flowing in fit. This kind of style sort of gave me a bulkier illusion. Definitely not a plus! However, pairing it with a black "shaper" tank top really helped out.

As far as options to wear this top, I'm impressed with the versatility. You can wear a tube top under it, like shown in the model's photo. You can wear a tank under it, which is my personal favorite. Additionally, you can rock it with pasties or nothing at all. This makes for a great addition to bedroom attire.

The garment seems to be losing its shape after multiple hand washes. I'm pretty disappointed because it's a super cute top.
