The Centerfold's Corset

The Polka-Dot is the perfect corset for any retro-inspired centerfold. The stretchy mesh material offers elasticity due to the hook-and-eye back closure which gives a fitted waistline but sagging breasts. Unlike lace-up corsets, sizing must be perfect as you can't "make it work" by allowing extra breathing room with slacking laces.

Pros
Looks and feels expensive.
Cons
The cups were unstructured, no room for error.

Experience
The construction is nearly perfect, the mesh material is plush, looks classy and expensive, and the details such as the ruffles and bows make this a classic corset. While I had nothing but overwhelming disappointing for the lack of structure in the cups and the tight fit up top (these issues combined caused my breasts to look horrible if I didn't spend a lot of time making adjustments), the fitted waistline and pronounced bottom ruffles gave me curves to die for.

Most problems I had were with the fit. You HAVE to purchase the right size due to the hook-and-eye back because unfortunately, this is not a lace-up corset with room for errors.

Laurel, I've only ever seen Beautiful Dreamer in it and she looked phenomenal, I have yet to feel that confident in it. Thank you for reading, this should have been written 2 months ago! But here it is, finally!

Great review. I wish all of Coquette's garter straps were at least half metal - the plastic they use is really much too flimsy and pliable to work well at all, but, overall, they really seem to make fantastic lingerie.

Tiny, they have fantastic lingerie ideas, for sure!!! I have a love/hate with their lingerie- I always love the idea of it but I usually hate the end result. It makes me wish I was better with a sewing machine.

I have reviewed some of coquette's products and is this as comfortable as most of their products are? And did you find any trouble with putting it on since it's a hook and eye closure?
