We've done the sexy nighties and the teddies and also have enjoyed some forays into the leather department over our 18 years of marriage but this was indeed a step in a bit of a different direction. Our naughty clothing collection was missing a good ole-fashioned bustier and, frankly, I'm appalled we could have made this glaring oversight. Well, I'm appalled now that I have one and realize what I was missing out on for so long.

This is also our first lingerie item from Eden Fantasies as we've always liked to try clothing items before purchase because sizing issues are much more likely than with toys. Sexy outfits have always been nice and a useful addition to our bedroom activities but my husband jokes that the floor should model as that's where they spend the most time after he rips my naughty lingerie off with abandon!

The Satin Bustier and Thong Set is made by Coquette and, to our surprise, is a Canadian company based just down the road from us in Ontario! They've been around for over 30 years and have quite a few different product lines and ranges of quality. Personally I'd say that this bustier is about middle of the road for it construction and appeal. It's made mostly from acetate which is a synthetic material based on cotton or tree pulp cellulose and the big bonus is that it's 100% hypoallergenic. No worries about bad reactions or rashes from this set. The acetate gives a gorgeous sheen to the outfit which shimmers in the light and is wondrously smooth. The drawback is durability and cleaning which must be done very gingerly. Dry-cleaning is recommended but I won't be taking by naughty outfits to my local small town cleaner for them to see. Cold water hand washing has done the trick so far with a drip drying afterward. Heat would just kill the acetate and I also recommend taking your rings off when cleaning as the stretchy fabric at the back of the bustier will nick/run easily.

The front and sides have six lengths of plastic 'boning' sewn into the material for support and to hold any straying flesh in control. They do a wonderful job and made me look like I had my old hourglass, before kids, physique back again. And the padded, under-wired, push-up bra cups made my breasts look as big and proud as if I was still pregnant! Grrrowlll, says this sex kitten!

The bustier is actually made in two separate pieces with a length of lace running across hooks down the center. This does allow for some adjustment if your chosen size isn't right but the elastic material at the back stretched to fit me well. The 12 bra style hooks at the back remind me of my wedding dress when if comes to doing them up but for my husband it reminds him more of XMAS, unwrapping the perfect present. Truthfully, all my really fun parts are accessible while wearing this lingerie so undressing isn't necessarily a requirement. Lace trimming lines the edges of the bustier giving it a sexy, soft appeal and the garters are stretchy and adjustable. I've worn stockings with the bustier (not included BTW) and had no problems hooking them onto the garter straps and getting everything positioned just right.

And finally I should mention that a thong does indeed come with this set, made of the same acetate material with a small cotton lining at the gusset. It's super elastic and will stretch for quite a range of hip sizes.

As I've already said, this bustier set fit me perfectly. We ordered the large size and all the relevant information for your body parts is on the EF sizing chart page. I'd say it's pretty accurate! For more of an idea I'm 5' 11", weigh about 150 pds, and have 38C sized boobs. Hope that helps for anyone else looking at the large set get an idea on fit.

For my rookie wearing of the Satin Bustier I really took my time and gave my husband the whole raunchy, sex-kitten package. Extra thick makeup, tramped up with red hooker lipstick and gobs of mascara. High heeled shoes to accentuate my calves, fishnet stockings.....oh the look on his face made my confidence grow even more! It was a complete surprise for him to find his 'present' waiting for him in the bedroom when he came home from a night out and I'm pretty sure I gave him a good show strutting my stuff around with my svelte shape and tits-a-popping. Without giving too many details he loves my outfit and I love the sexy way it makes me feel. A win-win situation!
