I am all about costumes. I plan Halloween costumes for months in advance. My bedroom and playtime costumes are no different. Of all of the costumes I've wanted though, a nurse costume has always been at the top of my list. It has many uses and can be used in so many situations. Though this is not a "nurse" per se, it is pretty close and darn cute to boot.

This chemise / babydoll piece comes with the actual main clothing item and a matching headband with decorative top. The headband is pretty comfortable, even for someone with a larger head like me. It's plastic, so it doesn't press too much into your head. The fabric on mine was a little squished from shipping, but a little fluffing brought it back to life quickly.

This babydoll is a halter back and ties behind the head. The ties are fairly thin and someone with a larger chest may find that the ties apply pressure to your neck and are not supportive enough. The top panels over the nipple and breast area are somewhat see through and give that nice tease of nipple and areola through the material. A friend commented to me, "I can see your nipples!" when she saw me in this. The center panel is approximately 5-6 inches long. The pink vertical stripes extend all the way around the center panel. The pink ribbon that threads up through the front center portion is long enough that it can be adjusted and retied, but the mesh panel underneath the lacing doesn't really provide for adjustment though.

The skirt is made of the same white mesh material that the breast panels are made of. It's light, flirty, and has great movement. There is a little "silk" apron in front as well, edged with lace. The back of the skirt has a pink bow that is a similar ribbon as the pink lacing on front. It's a great little detail on the back.

While the overall look is super cute, the sizing on this babydoll is troubling. The size is described as "one size fits most", but I think it's more accurately described as "one size fits few." I'm 112 pounds and 4'9" and found this babydoll to be a very tight fit on my tiny frame. This babydoll would probably fit someone tall and slender best. The tightest part of it is the top hem of the torso section. It downright dug into my back and made it hard to breathe deeply. I really wish this babydoll came in different sizes instead of just the one size.

I'm on the fence if I like that this piece doesn't come with panties or not. I like that it doesn't come with any because I've found "one size fits most" panties fit almost nobody, so I can wear whatever I want with this piece or nothing at all. I wish it would have come with some mostly because then it could have matched perfectly. For the price though? It's okay.

This piece is made of a combination of spandex and nylon. It rumples and wrinkles easily and should be hand-washed only and never dried in a dryer. The best drying method is drying it on a flat surface so it doesn't wrinkle. Never iron this piece either because it might melt the fabric.

For a bedroom fantasy this is a great piece and will provide lots of fantasy play time fun. For the price, it's a great addition to your lingerie drawer. Don't expect it to last for a super long time due to the fabrics not being high quality, but for the price I wouldn't think they would be.
