Camisole set discontinued
by Leg Avenue

What is the meaning of this Separpately?

This set is a great buy. It's flirty, ruffly, and pink, all for a good price. However, it does not have any support, which may make it uncomfortable for those with larger chests. Because of the stretchy material, it can stretch to fit to and accentuate many curves.

Pros
Pink and ruffles, stretches pretty good, fits a good variety of shapes and sizes
Cons
Only available in one color, bows are cheap and rough, no support

extremely useful review
I have been feeling like I should get a new set of lingerie. My only problem is that I am trying to lose weight, so I'm not all too interested in buying something that is not going to fit me anymore pretty soon. Thankfully I found the ruffle mesh top and panty.

The sizing information for this "one size fits most" set is as follows: sizes 6-11, cup size A to C, bust 32 to 38 inches, waist 23 to 29 inches, and hips 34 to 40 inches. For some reason the product page for the set does not have a link to the sizing information, so I had to look at a different item, click the size chart, and scroll to Leg Avenue.

The set comes packaged in a cardboard envelope, like the ones that pantyhose come in. The front of the packaging features a model wearing the set. The weight restrictions listed are 90-160 lbs, but there is no actual size information. The back of the package says to hand-wash "separpately" and to drip dry. Of course, I accidentally washed it with my regular clothes, after throwing in my basket thinking when I got around to it I would hand wash it. It came out mostly unscathed, except one of the bows on the panty is starting to unravel.

The set is made out of a pink 80% nylon 20% spandex blend mesh. It's see through, though not incredibly so. I could see my nipples but I couldn't make out little features like moles or anything. The fabric is pretty soft, with pink lace and black lining most of it. The lace has a small amount of trim on the front of the panty, but the majority of it is on the butt and on the chest of the top. The black bows don't feel like soft ribbon, they feel rougher like cheap clothing tags. Speaking of clothing tags, there is one in the top, on one of the sides. It felt a little itchy to me so I cut it out.

The top looks pretty small laid out, like it should be going on a little girl's body. The top measures about 12-13 inches across unstretched, with the waist about 15. I am able to stretch this to about twice as big. From top to bottom, it's about 15 inches as well. It features two black elastic ties to tie behind your neck like a halter top. Those measure out to about 19 inches.

For the first time ever, I have actually gotten lingerie panties that had no tag in them. That's a definite plus. The only downside to the panties is the lack of a liner in them. The waistband of the panties measures 12 inches across unstretched and 21 inches stretched as far as I could get it. They are about 7 inches tall, from the top to the bottom in the crotch area. The leg openings are about 8 inches on one side. As with the top, this thing seems to stretch to about twice the size when it is stretched to its maximum.

The set should be hand washed after use, though if it accidentally gets thrown in the wash, like in my case, it won't completely wreck it. I keep mine in the original envelope, just so that it doesn't accidentally get holes in it or anything from any of the other junk in my underwear drawer.
Experience
Now about me. I am 5'8" tall and I weigh somewhere around 153, which is what I weighed a few days ago. My bra size is 34C (34 inches under, 37 inches across), my waist measures a bit under 27 inches, and my hips are about 37 inches at their widest. I felt this set fit pretty good, which it should, since it stretches. It fit my chest with a bit of room to spare, though I don't think anyone higher than D should try this, since it has no underwire. That wouldn't be too flattering. I put the panties on first, which at first they seemed unbearably short, though after I put on the top, they were fine. The top went almost all the way to the panties on me. The ties were pretty easy to manage by myself, though it would be easier to have someone else do it. The top also covered my chest pretty well with the ruffles, like it does on the model. The panties, other than being kind of short, fit just fine. They didn't feel binding on me or anything.

My boyfriend definitely gives this set two thumbs up. He's like this the most out of every other lingerie set I have gotten. As with the other mesh sets I have tried, he likes the mesh feeling against his skin.

Overall, I love this set. It doesn't feel cheap, except with the black bows. It feels well built, though because it is a mesh it might get ripped easily, so it shouldn't be used too roughly. For someone like me, who is concerned with their lingerie continuing to fit them at different sizes, it's a good choice, though pink doesn't look good on everyone. It would be awesome if EdenFantasys offered different colors. I thought it would clash with my currently bright red hair, but it didn't. I'd give this 5 stars easily if they used softer ribbon for the bows.
Follow-up commentary
I still love this set. I have once again accidentally washed it in the washer, and it held up just fine. I am thinking that most of my lingerie that is thrown in there comes out fine because we have a front loading washing machine, which doesn't have an agitator in the middle. So really, clothes just get tossed around in the soapy water. That's essentially what hand washing would do.

I know! Sometimes I wonder if companies spell check their packaging, or just throw it together and call it good.
