Fishnet stockings with elastic top - stockings discontinued by Coquette - review by oldman

The stockings, made by Coquette of 100% nylon, are thigh high and in a fishnet pattern. We chose black over the red because it is more discreet and elegant. The stockings are very well made with a tight knit and a small fishnet opening. The top of the stocking has 4 solid black stripes which have a rubbery material on the side facing your leg. These are what holds the stockings in place. It does a very nice job because even with bedroom activity or walking while wearing them for a night on the town, the stockings stay in place.

They are very soft to the touch but the Mrs. did say that after maybe about 15 minutes the bands started to irritate her. In fact, when she removed them after wearing them for about 3 hours, there was a red mark that remained overnight and was itchy. Perhaps the Mrs. had some sort of allergic reaction, which for her is unusual. She tolerates just about all topicals without problems. I am mentioning this because if you have a tendency to react to materials, you probably want to stay away from these.

As with most hosiery, these are meant to be handwashed and lay flat to dry. However, as with most hosiery, the Mrs. places these in a net bag and tosses them in the washing machine and they have worn very well. They dry quickly so there is no need to place them in the dryer. You could probably wear these right from the washer!

The stockings, distributed by Coquette, are made in China of nylon, polyester and spandex. On the traditional hosiery packaging the universal symbols for hand wash, no heat drying, no twisting and no ironing appear. Because of the delicate nature of these stockings, I recommend carefully following these directions.

They are very sexy with a pair of black heels or no shoes at all!! I wouldn't want to see them with a pair of sneakers, unless you plan to change before your arrive at any destination you want to make a favorable appearance. You can wear these to the office under a longer skirt because they will stay up and woulld be beautiful, sexy and discreet all at the same time. They are perfect for this time of year when everyone wants to glam it up!

Naturally, fishnet stockings are sexy and these will serve you well. With care putting them on and laundering, you should attract many eyes!!
