Body show teddy - teddy discontinued by Cottelli - review by just a sub

This teddy is really cute, and only lacks one major thing- bust support. I've let my girlfriend wear it, and she looks fabulous because she has perky breasts, but even so it could use some support for the girls. Now, being a crossdressing and gender-bending male that I am.. this outfit was actually for me. I do dance shows at a local club and I use outfits from EF to get my groove on stage! This being sad- I'd give this a 3/5 for performance use. The girl in the picture makes it appear to be a great stripper outfit, but it's really not.

Material

For long term wear the material gets a little scratchy. The mesh sides on it and the material of the rest of it are both rather scratchy after some time. So if you're looking for quickies in the bedroom, this will work, but if you're thinking of stripping or pole dancing for your significant other-keep this part in mind! As far as durability goes I would say the material is likely to last for a bit with gentle washing. This is not something you want to machine wash. Hand wash only!

Sizing

This most definitely fits the sizing chart, just about perfectly. The only problem I forsee is that the leg cut outs are only going to fit up to a 46" hip. Any wide hipped girls are going to have issues with the leg holes, because it will likely cut into your leg or not fit at all. The top part has quite a bit of give and I would say it will fit up to a DD or a little more. So big busted girls can still enjoy this.

Lacking

As mentioned before, the main issue I have with this top is the lack of support. It has no extra material or lining to help shape the breasts at all. It makes it difficult for me as a crossdresser to even stuff my chest, because I have to wear a bra under it in order to do so. That's a big disadvantage for me on stage. Other than that, the only lacking area in this cute teddy is the scratchy material. It's gorgeous on, and it dazzles quite well under stage lights. The sequins aren't overly gawdy either. It's very well put together.

Stitching

I didn't find any of the stitching to be poorly done, or any excess strings at all. It's surprisingly well made considering the price. I think it will hold together nicely as I've worn it for about 10 shows now with no tears in the stitching or rips in the seams anywhere. It's holding up great-and I'm rough on my stage outfits!

For me, this piece is great. Despite some of the problems with support, I can still rock this on stage, and that's what counts. It's staying in my collection for the long haul. It makes me feel sexy, and my girlfriend loves it. The crowd loves it too!
