A Bumpy Ride

The Loveables #1 by BMS Enterprises is a multi-speed, waterproof vibe with a great bumpy shape to it that stimulates both internally and externally. The tapered tip allows for easy insertion and pinpointed stimulation of the vibrations. Its high frequency vibration is gentle in intensity; great for beginners and people who love a slow build up.

The Loveables #1 by BMS Enterprises arrived at my house in pleasantly classy looking plastic clamshell packaging. There was no airbrushed porn star on the front, just girly butterflies and hearts with the words: neat, soft, quiet, and easy to use, on it. And they were right. What the packaging did not contain was battery instructions or the material name.

It did include an instruction manual that explained battery installation for other models of toys, but not this one. Luckily there is a sticker in the empty battery compartment the shows the proper way to install them and it is very easy. This vibe takes 2 AAA’s.

As far as material goes, the packaging states that it is Phthalates-free (always great) and requires a rubber compatible lubricant. From the feel of it, I would guess that this is a TPR toy and so is compatible with both water and silicone based lubes. Clean with soap and water or toy cleaner, but use condoms if sharing as this toy cannot be sterilized.

When it arrived, the Loveables did have a strong rubber scent to it that reminded me of an inner tube, but that faded quickly after the first few washes. It is a very soft, velvety material over a stiff internal vibe that spans the length of the toy ending about an inch from the tip.

The vibrations are very high frequency—more of a buzz rather than a thrum—and are controlled by a ridged dial base. The sensation from vibration is very centralized. This isn’t a vibe that will make your whole pelvis hum, but instead have a very pinpointed buzz that almost tickles until you find that spot that drives you crazy since all the vibration is concentrated right there. You can really control where the vibration is directed. It is not an overly strong toy but if you are new to vibration, prefer the low settings of your vibes, or like a drawn out build up, this is the type of vibration you’re looking for.

The bumps were probably my favorite part of this toy. They are very defined and gradually increase in size making insertion easy and very stimulating. (As much as this toy may remind you of anal beads, this one is not for the bum, as it lacks a flared base and could be lost inside the body, and no one likes an ER visit.) At the base where the toy connects to the plastic dial, there was what looked like overflow from the bonding agent that was hard and rather sharp. But I was able to scrape it off and it gave me no trouble after that.

In use, those bumps really stand out. I could feel every ridge as I worked the toy in and out of myself. They are soft and rounded enough for quick thrusting without discomfort, but defined enough to lose none of the sensation.

I was not able to receive any g-spot stimulation with this toy because of the tapered tip and when I angled the toy up to hit my g-spot, the vibration would cut out. This happened several times and when I examined the toy manually, I found that pressure from a certain side or squeezing the toy will cause the vibration to stop completely even after you have let go. To kick start it, I jiggled the dial base and it was able to continue again. At the end of my sessions, while the motor barely heated up at all, even after playing with it for half an hour, I had lost all but the high setting on the dial. It would not turn on until then. I could get the lower settings back by turning the dial a little bit then applying pressure to the shaft of the toy. The next day the toy was performing normally again but the shorting out when I angled the toy inside me continued.
Experience
My favorite thing to do with this toy was to turn on the vibration and then run the shaft of the toy up and down my clit. The soft buzzy vibrations and feeling of each bump riding over my clit was incredible! My orgasms with this toy never came fast, but when they did they came unexpectedly hard.

@sammi: yeah, I know. It is fun. I'm certainly still using it since the vibration gives consistently amazing orgasms, I just don't try to put a ton of pressure on it.

@Cinnamon: Thanks! If they just fixed that one glitch, it'd be a winner.
