A Caterpillar Can Be More Pleasurable Than You Think

This is a fantastic G-spot vibrator. I can say that until I’m blue in the face, but it really is an awesome toy. The handy looped handle makes it very easy to manipulate the toy in whatever way pleases you most. This is a rechargeable vibe, using Fun Factory’s infamous Click N Charge system.

Use

G4 Patchy Paul from Fun Factory is a G-spot vibe with a really unique design. The head is bent upwards so it can easily stimulate your G-spot. This makes it great for anyone with shallow or deep G-spots to enjoy because the length of the toy will accomidate any variation.

The looped handle is such a great idea and makes manipulating the toy so much easier. I can comfortably place my index and middle finger inside the loop with my thumb on top for pressing the buttons. Keep a firm grip on the handle, and you can use Paul anally. I recommend using a condom if you switch orifices to minimize the amount of cleaning you would need to do. Paul is also waterproof, so your fun times together aren’t limited to dry land.

Material / Texture

Patchy Paul is made of silicone, with the handle being plastic. Silicone is non-porous and extremely body safe. The silicone has some drag to it, so a little water based lube will help ease insertion. Paul will pick up some fuzzies, but they can wipe off easily.

He’s hot pink. This is as pink as pink can get. If you don’t like pink, then you can get Paul in green. Paul has a pronounced head, and there is an additional nine bulges down the shaft. At first, I thought the texture was going to be too much, but the bulges are actually very pleasurable. They provide a very subtle sensation because they are nicely rounded and don’t stick out all that much. Paul is well-crafted. There are no visible seams from what I can tell.

Design / Shape / Size

Users of any experience level will enjoy Paul. The length and girth are non-intimidating, making it suitable for a wider audience of people. Size queens will probably want to have something a little more filling. The shaft is somewhat flexible, so if you like firm pressure on your G-spot, you’ll want to look for something with less give.

Paul is 8 ¾” in length with 6 ½” insertable. The bulges gradually increase in size as you get closer to the handle. The head is 4” in circumference, the neck is 3 ¾”, and the widest bulge, which is the 7th one, is 5 ¼”. I can only insert six of the bulges, and that hits my G-spot beautifully.

He’s got the cute animal face going on, so if that bothers you, then check out the other toys from this line. Honestly, I couldn’t resist Paul. It’s not like you can see the face while it’s inserted anyways.

Functions / Performance / Controls

Paul is controlled with three buttons. A “+” button that will take you through six levels of steady vibration, but you can also just hold it down to get to the highest setting. The “-“ button will decrease the vibrations, and holding it down will turn Paul off. The “*” button takes you through 4 vibration patterns: rapid pulsations, slightly slower pulsations, throbbing pulsations, then pulsations that start out slow and steadily get faster. You can also hold down the “*” button and you’ll start off with the rapid pulsations. The buttons light up, making this a perfect toy to use in the dark.

Paul has deep, rubly vibrations which just feel wonderful. The motor is located in the middle of the shaft, but the vibrations travel throughout the entire toy. It can’t really be heard through a closed door, especially if it’s inserted.

When you first get Paul, you will need to charge him up for 12 hours, and additional charging will not take as long. The charger clicks on magnetically to the bottom of the handle, and it blinks while charging but will stop when it is fully charged. A full charge will last you half an hour on high.

Care and Maintenance

Paul can be cleaned with warm water and antibacterial soap or toy cleaner. Don’t be nervous about submerging him because he is waterproof. Silicone is non-porous, so you can serilize by wiping down with a 10 per cent bleech solution if you plan on sharing. Only use water-based lubricants with Paul because silicone lubes will deteriorate the silicone on your toy. Also store Paul away from other silicone toys.

Packaging

Paul comes nicely packaged in a large cardboard box with a little window displaying the toy. Paul rests in a large plastic tray, which is a little too large for him, but it looks as though this is a universal box for all the G4 toys. Fun Factory also includes an information manual, packet of Toy Fluid, and a pamphlet of their other products. The charger has it’s own box which is good for storage, but the box the Paul comes in is too bulky for my taste.
Follow-up commentary
This toy is simply wonderful. The shape is perfect to thrust with, and the vibrations are deep and powerful. I love everything about it. I think everyone should have something from this line.
