A Little More Like Hearbreaker Than Dream Maker
All in all, a decent standby vibrator with decent vibration and low volume. Even if the shaft vibrations aren't enough to get me going, the clitoral stimulation is enough for me to reach climax.Published: February 17, 2012
Pros:
Very quiet, adjustable vibration patterns and speed
Cons:
Not strong enough sensation in the shaft
The Dream Maker is a dual stimulation vibrator with an insertable shaft and clitoral head. It has rotating discs in the shaft for sensation along the vaginal wall, as well as a non-animal form for the clitoral vibe. Both the shaft and clitoral stimulator have separate control settings, which gives the user the ability to control both pattern and speed of each function individually. It came in a decent metal container with a foam mold that held it in place. Very basic, but still useful for storage purposes.
Upon first opening the box it smelled a little funny. The weird plastic smell has since decreased with use, but was a little off-putting at first. The color of the toy was a bright pink; a little softer pink than pictured, but the color for me was irrelevant. It has lights on the handle in a star pattern along with the buttons for function and vibration. The lights blink in different patterns, depending on the pattern and intensity you have the vibrator on.
This toy fell a little flat for me. During use, most of the sensation for me occurred from the clitoral stimulator while the shaft didn't seem to have enough oomph. As the discs rotate, the shaft of the vibrator moves very subtly. That's a nice way of saying "hardly at all". It had several patterns of vibration which was nice, as well as an adjustable power level. But considering the lack of movement in the shaft, the patterns didn't make much of a difference to me. The clit stimulation worked well though. It was powerful enough to get the job done, despite the lack of power in the vagina itself. It wasn't anything earth-shattering though. One really big bonus though is how quiet it is. It's barely audible under a blanket, which was key for me personally. It's a good standby vibe since I have it, but not one I'd buy again.

Dream maker night cap!

I have never tried a rabbit style vibrator. Do you recommend this for a beginner?

I would like to try this vibrator too, it looks fun!

I asked the wife (she's new to vibes) She thought it was a little to big for her.
Have you looked at the 1:1 Scale? (under the pic.) It looks to be about 1 3/4" diameter, and 10" long.
I would say if you like the size and the texture, why not.
