Before this toy, I had never had a pocket rocket. In fact, when I first started off with masturbation and toys in general, I almost entirely neglected my clit. Lately I've been trying to make up for that, and so I picked up this pocket rocket. It was cheap in price but not cheap looking, and it seemed to have a good number of options. It does, however, only have one speed- this seems standard for pocket rockets though, so if you've ever owned one you might know to expect it.

This thing is STRONG. Really really strong. Without an attachment on it, I can barely stand to touch it to my clit. It has a 'deep' sort of vibration, instead of a light 'skin buzz' feeling like some vibrators. Here's where one of my main issues with it lies- The attachments. They're hard plastic. I don't know about you, but when I looked at the picture for them, I cringed.

They're sharp, hard, and spiky. All except two of them, one which has smooth/indented bumps on it and one which is smooth and rounded. Granted, I like both of these- I like the smooth more since it's super easy to clean, and it doesn't overwhelm my clit.

Of course, with strength comes noise- another vice. It's quite loud, especially if you don't hold onto the key chain part. The chain links will rattle and clink together and it's just quite loud.

The noise on it's own doesn't bother me too much, honestly. What does bother me is that, although this may say it's waterproof, I find the dial so hard to turn that usually when I go to turn it off, it goes too far and the seal is broken- thus making it not waterproof.

I think this is simply because there's no notch for 'off'. It doesn't stop or click into place there. I always have to re-tighten the cap after turning it off, to avoid it coming apart. For this reason, I would never use it in the bath or shower for fear of ruining it. I wish it was easier to turn, so you didn't have to fight to get it to turn and thus turn it too far. I've used it many times and only once or twice have I managed to actually get it to stop at 'off' instead of coming undone.

Besides all this, I still love this toy. Why? Simple- it's REALLY strong, and it's really easy to get it where you want it. I would love to (and I plan to) use this during sex with my partner, since it'd be very easy to hold and use in conjunction with another toy, and I can use it with one hand quite reliably. Also, it has a very heavy and solid feel, and it looks AMAZING- for $10, even ignoring it's faults, this is probably one of the best toys you could invest in. I've spent much more only to be disappointed, and this toy delivers over and over and over again.

Also, because it has deep vibrations, it works miracles on sore muscles! So, should you want to keep it on your key chain, it can have a 'legitimate' cover story ;)
