Roulette High roller - vibrator by Evolved Novelties - review by Safo Garcia

The High Roller is a battery-operated (two AA) silicone vibrator that gives rather strong vibrations. Instead of the usual controls, it is operated by a wheel that turns it on and increases the vibe speed.

The box says it's waterproof, and the silicone band around the battery compartment has a snug fit, but I wonder how the wheel control would hold up over the long term under water. It's impossible to see what the waterproofing situation it with the wheel control. Like most supposedly waterproof vibes, I would recommend using it freely in the shower but being careful not to fully immerse the battery compartment for any extended period if using it in a tub full of water.

It's made by Evolved, which makes well-designed products using quality materials.

The shaft is made of silicone with nice ripples that form abstract shapes suggesting waves, flames, and a heart. The added texture adds a little extra stimulation when it's used for penetration.

The shaft is made of pure silicone, which is completely body-safe and sterilizeable, and the base is made of hard black plastic. The shaft is flexible enough to conform to your inner curves and not poke.

The fact that the shaft is narrow at the tip (about 3/4 inches) and gets wider in the middle (about 1 1/2 inches) means that it's easy to insert and suitable for beginners and most people. I personally find this to be an ideal size distribution as it goes in easy but is still filling.

I really like the aesthetics of this non-realistic vibrating dildo, and its vibrant pink and black color combo.

I like the design of the roulette wheel control also. It's easy to operate, clicks onto each setting, and doesn't tend to get accidentally moved while it's in use.

The vibrations are on the strong side when on max, which I definitely appreciated, and are concentrated in the middle bulge of the shaft. Turn the wheel to turn the vibrations on and gradually increase them, going from barely there to vavavoom. There are no pulsation or vibration patterns here, just increasing intensity.

It's not very loud at all, about as loud as a vibrating cell phone.

You can't boil this mostly silicone toy because it has a motor and battery compartment, so just spritz with a 10% bleach/water solution, wash with soap and water, rinse well, and pat dry to sterilize it before sharing it with a partner.

It comes in a hard, clear plastic box that is worth keeping. It's about 3 inches deep, 9 inches long, and 3 inches wide. If you remove the soft plastic insert, you'll even have room to store another small toy in here.
